Guys I am adding something to this story you will have to read and see.
No one P.O.V. Himeko was currently looking for the half and half kid Izuku told her about. She spotted him in the distance and went over to him and said " Hey there you most be Shoto Todoroki?" He responded with " Yes thats me you live with Izuku." Himeko then said " I need you to come with me." Todoroki asked why and she said " long story short you have two herrscher cores in you." Todoroki just agreed because he did not want to be with his father at home.
Izuku P.O.V. I just walked down stairs and see Todoroki with Himeko and said " Um Himeko why is he here, no offense Todoroki." Himeko replied " He is sort of like you, he has two herrscher cores in him, The herrscher of flame and the herrscher of Ice." I say "should have expected that." I say to Himeko " Well imma go train with Uraraka, if Todoroki wants to spare I am down with Bella and Uraraka."
No one P.O.V. Himeko told Todoroki all about honkai energy and blah blah. Himeko told Todoroki " Todoroki you have to use your fire." Todoroki replied with " I will never use my old mans quirk." Himeko looked at him ad started laughing. Todoroki stared at her in confusion and said " what's so funny?" Himeko replied " Ok Todoroki you were born with that quirk right?" Todoroki said " Yeah." Himeko then said " So whose own is it if they were born with." Todoroki said "Mine-" With that sudden realization Todoroki chains were broken. Todoroki then was set on fire. Himeko said " there we go, he is free now....I think." Himeko said " Ok hold this." Himeko throw a great sword at him.

Todoroki said " why do I need a sword?" Himeko then said " Izuku mastered a few weapons so he can most likely put down any enemy, lucky for you, your quirk and Honkai energy are more or less the same so if your quirk gets erased you still have honkai energy to use and you focus your flame part of you herrscher powers into the sword making it more powerful." Todoroki then flowed power into the sword and to him it felt like an extended part of his arm and he started swinging and the he accidentally cut of part of mountain in the distance. Himeko sweat dropped and said. " Ok lets teach your to control that power."
After an intense training with Himeko, Todoroki P.O.V. I went to the Hyperion for dinner. I saw Shiro and Uraraka talking and I joined. Shiro then looked at me and said " Oh Todoroki since you will be training here you might as well now my name is izuku." I then said " Oh I knew, Himeko told me." The Uraraka hugged both of us and said " Yeah Todoroki now knows so that makes us the BEST FRIEND SQUAD, bonded by a secret." Then Mei came and asked me what I wanted and I said " Soba....cold." Mei just looked at me and said " uh okay." She came back with a plate of soba and I tasted it, I paused and looked at the young women and said with a straight face "This is the best thing I have ever tasted." After dinner Izuku teleported me close to my house. I walked in and saw my father....great. He looked at me and my half burnt clothes, He asked me " where were you?" I looked at him and said " Training with my fire." He then said " Finally you realized that you gonna follow my instructions and surpass All Might." I looked at him coldly and said " No I just realized that this my quirk and you can't control me so are you going to stand there or are you going to move you humanoid torch, I am need of a bath."
