Goldilocks and Little Red Riding Hood were normal children. At least they thought they were. It all started when they went on a school trip to Dreamy Maple Forests.
"Come on, Goldie!" Little Red Riding Hood giggled as she leapt  across the rocky path. She had blonde, wavy hair and always wore a red cape that her Granny made her. She had light blue eyes and a kind, happy smile.
"I'm coming! I was just looking at those flowers with Jack!" yelled Goldilocks. Goldilocks had golden, curly hair and ocean blue eyes. She is never apart from her sword and is an amazing warrior, but when she is not battling, she is a trustworthy friend.
Red giggled and rolled her eyes at Jack and Goldilocks. She knew they weren't just friends, no matter how much they tried to hide it. Goldilocks always knew this, and blushed every time someone saw her and Jack together. Goldilocks wished she could stay with Jack forever, but she knew there were more dangers in the world than anyone could ever imagine. She had tried many times to let go of Jack and focus her time on her sword skills, but she couldn't. It was like they were meant to be together.
Goldilocks reluctantly walked over to Red, leaving Jack behind. Jack was a strong young boy and had brown hair. Though he was handsome, he was poor. His mother was the only person keeping him alive, unless you count his cows. But recently, his mother's farm stopped getting orders, and they were considering selling the cows.
"Do you want to go down that path?" asked Red, pointing down a beautiful pathway full of roses and petunias.
"Sure!" said Goldilocks.
They walked down the path for a while, stopping only to look at the tame birds nesting in the tree and some of the beautiful wildlife. There were so many flowers to keep track of, from tulips to peonies, they felt like they were in a dream.
Suddenly, they heard a scream behind them. They whipped around and ran back to the camp. The screams became louder and occasionally followed by growls, and they knew whatever it was, was not a simple prank.
