change of heart (narusasu)

introducing team 7

Hi guys so this is my first fan fic i am writing. I am pretty inexperienced so excuse the grammar and spelling mistakes. If you have any advice that would sure be helpful. anyways i hope you enjoy the story.

Naruto woke up to that sound of birds chirping. He didn't really want to go to the academy today but then something popped into his mind that made him change his mind. 

He realized that today he would get assigned to a team to go on missions with. He was so exited that he jumped off his bed not realizing that there was a ramen cup right underneath him. This caused Naruto to slip and hit his forehead.

"Oh come on!" Naruto yelled as blood started to gush down his forehead. Naruto knew that he would need to patch the wound up, but the problem was that he didn't know how.

Even though it was still early he got dressed and skipped breakfast to head to the academy thinking that maybe Iruka sensei could help him.

As he was about to head outside he realized that he still had blood running down that side of his forehead. 

He had remembered that before he was about to fall asleep in health class due to the boringness of that subject he had heard that "if you ever get a deep cut you would need to apply pressure to the wound with a clean cloth to help stop the bleeding".

After remembering this he got up and grabbed a cloth he had just cleaned the other day and held it against his forehead applying pressure, thinking to himself, "jeez I guess even the boring classes tend to come in handy".  

After he got the cloth and set out to find Iruka sensei, he ran into his love sakura who was running an errand for her parents. 

"Hi sakura" Naruto said as he spotted her at a store looking around for something her parents told her to get. 

Sakura realized that Naruto was behind her and she just rolled her eyes while turning to face towards him.

"Hi Naruto" sakura said in a 'i don't feel like putting up with your bullshit voice'.

Naruto didn't realize this as to how dense he was and just kept moving along the path to the academy.

Sakura took awhile to realize that Naruto was up really early and she went to pay for the things she bought and ran to catch up to Naruto with the bags of things she bought in her hands.

"Your up early" sakura said as she walked over to Naruto

Naruto jumped and started to blush at the thought that sakura was walking beside her.

"U-uh y-ya" Naruto said trying to only focus on applying pressure to his wound. 'Dammit did I just stutter" Naruto said, mentally slapping himself.

sakura realized that Naruto was holding a cloth agains the side of his forehead and decided to ask about it.

"so what's with that cloth" sakura said hopping to get an answer.

"U-um you mean this" Naruto said questioning why he kept stuttering with sakura.

"W-well you s-see I u-um slipped on a c-cup o-of r-ramen and hit m-my he-head" Naruto said embarrassed.
