Under The Stars

If there was one thing Y/N couldn't stop thinking about it was how much she wanted to take a walk under the stars and be able to enjoy herself. But, with all the commissions the adventurers guild from both Liyue and Mondstadt gave her, she could never catch a break.

Y/N was walking over to Blanche to grab some food just before she had saw Mona passing by. Y/N doesn't know Mona very well, but would like to befriend her in anyway possible. So she approaches her and greets her.

"Hello Mona!" Y/N said with a smile on her face

"Traveler! Greeting!"

"I just wanted to say hi to you on this fine day! Well, more of this fine night..."

"That delights me, much." Mona said while blushing a little out of happiness

Y/N looked at a clock that was behind her and stopped. "I have to get back to doing commissions now!" By that time, it was already 8:45.

"Well, do you suppose you could take a break? I was just going on a walk and I would be delighted for you to join me!" Mona sounded quieter than usual, and of course Y/N noticed. But, she played it casual.

"I mean... I suppose I can do them later, I only have a few left..." Y/N nodded, walking along with Mona out of the walls of Mondstadt. Y/N looked amazed, she couldn't remember being able to enjoy the night like this. "Wow..." She whispered to herself.

"Fascinating, isn't it?" Mona asked while gesturing towards the sky, to make sure she had the right thing in mind

"Indeed."  Y/N had followed behind Mona and also admired her at the same time. Mona had caught on to her and gestured her hand out in front of Y/N so she could hold it. She grabbed Monas hand soft enough so it wouldn't seem weird, but after a bit Y/N had figured just to hold it regularly to feel safer.

Mona looked at Y/N with a reassuring smile and looked back up at the stars. They had reached a high up hill and sat there next to each other. There was a camp of hilichurls, mitachurls, and abyss mages. Of course, Y/N and Mona went to go fight them. It was easy, apart from the fact that Mona did most of the work.

Mona had started walking back to the direction of Mondstadt. "Lets head back, it's late and I don't want you to get hurt." Y/N and Mona were heading back to Mondstadt and Mona had offered for Y/N to stay with her for the night, since she would just be doing work all night and not get any sleep.

"Im sorry... I have to get commissions done"
Y/N said with a bland face. Mona walked over to Y/N and put a hand on her shoulder.

"You overwork yourself, just rest for a bit atleast" Mona didnt sound like it was a 'please' thing it sounded more like a demand.
