Jackson had accidentally body slammed J into the lake. She's tiny for a 14 year old. He was running really fast. It was his whole body force against her. She fell into the lake. She didn't come up after 2 minutes, so I jumped in and got her. She wasn't breathing so I pushed on her chest. She coughed up water. She was breathing but she was shivering and very still. I said to Jackson, "Dude, you could of killed her!" He didn't say anything. I picked her up and brought her to her room. Olivia got her in warm clothes. I came in to check on her. I was about to leave when she said "C-Carson c-come h-here." I got under the covers with her. I wrapped my arms around her and she out her head on my chest. I thought she was asleep when I said, "I love you J." I was closing my eyes when she said, "I love you too Carson Lueders." I could feel her smiling. She fell asleep. I was so surprised, but happy at the same time. I fell asleep with a smile on my face. Jackson came in at the middle of the night and said, "Jordyn, your mom wants to talk to you.." She got up and grunted. I said, "You ok J?" She said, "No. I can't stand up it hurts too much." I got up and got the phone for her. I walked into another room while she was talking to her mom. I could hear her saying, "I'm fine." like a million times. She called me back in the room. I walked back in and layed down. J said, "My mom wants me to come back home. I said no though." I yawn. "Night J. See you in the morning." I said. "Night Carson." She said. We both fell asleep.

I woke up first. I got out of the bed and walked into the kitchen. Olivia was making french toast. I sat down and started talking to Jackson about the day. I said, "I don't think J should get out of bed or go out of the house today." Jackson and Olivia agreed. "UGH!!" J said. We heard her from the room she was staying in. We laughed and I walked into the room. "I can't get up, it hurts too much." She said. I said, "Maybe I can help you?" She nodded. I put my arm around her and helped her stand up. Her free hand went straight to her rib. She grunted. I said, "Maybe we should get you to a hospital. You might have a broken rib." She didn't reply.

I was in Carson's arms. He was helping me get to the kitchen when it happened. I felt dizzy. I started seeing black dots everywhere. I let go of him. I couldn't see anything. Everything went black.

I woke up. I was in the hospital. I looked over and saw Carson, Jackson, and Olivia asleep in the chairs. Carson was closest to me. His hand was holding mine. I squeezed his hand and his eyes opened. He smiled. "J, you're FINALLY awake." Carson said. I smiled. He woke up Olivia and Jackson. They went to go find a nurse. "How long have I been out?" I said. "Only 5 days..." My eyes went big. "WHAT?!?!?!" I said. "Yea, they thought you were gonna die." He said. "Carson?" I asked. "Yea?" He said. "I heard you. When you said I love you when I was gonna die. I was awake. I just couldn't find the strength to open my eyes. I love you too." He smiled. I thought he was gonna kiss me but a nurse came in.
