amity's pov
i walk down the hallways of hexside and look at everyone with there soulmates, i get jealous but i decide not to be annoyed by it. "hey amity!" a girl with round glasses calls my name. "hey willow" i say to her "amity did you hear luz from the potion track is dating trinity the human" willow whispers in my ear "oh wow willow i can't believe it, she befriended the human?" i say to willow "i know right i can't wait to tell boshca this" i continue to walk down the hallway until i find my class i've never actually meet luz in my years here supposedly she's the daughter of edalyn clawthorne and is the highest in her track. she seems interesting? i'm looking down on the floor then i fall "Hey watch it dumbass" i say to whoever bumped into me "wow rude much sorry" i look up. its luz! i didn't expect to her voice to be hot "oh my um i'm sorry? i didn't mean it i was just not looking" i say panicking "hey it's okay my name is luz but i'm guessing you already know me, have i meet you before?" luz says with her beautiful honey eyes looking at me. i pause but then realize she asked me something "oh um no we've never met before!" i say again panicked "oh well hello mystery person i've never met before" she giggles, that's so adorable. i haven't told her my name yet so i speak up "actually my name is amity, amity blight" i say correcting her nicely "well i gotta go miss blight hope i see you again!" she smiles and runs off.
