Jungkook sat cross legged on the brown coach his legs covered by a soft fluffy white blanket that kept him warm, a cup of ice-cream sat on his lap as he took big scoops of the red bean flavored ice cream "baby I'm back" jimin entered their home with the bag of snacks his pregnant husband had asked for "bun?" He softly called for the man walking into the living room, jungkooks blonde bunny ears perked at the sound of the black haireds voice his head turning around with a wide smile "babyy" he softly greeted back, dark brown eyes big and doe as the man approached him taking a seat right beside him.
"Did you miss me?" Jungkook nodded titling his head to side as he recived a small pat to the head "here I brought what you asked for" he opened the bag watching as the bunny hybrid roamed through the contents, jimin turned his attention to the small coffee table reaching for the remote before his black ear twitched at the sound of his crying mate "bun? What's wrong? Is the baby kicking again?" He fully turned around looking all over the whimpering bunny who shook his head "y-you..." jimins eyes widened and he grew more nervous thinking over every possible way he could have hurt the younger "what did I do baby?"
"Y-you f-forgot the ski-skittles" jimins shoulders fell and he pinched the bridge of his nose "I'm sorry darling, you want me to go get them now?" Jungkook nodded but as the hybrid panther prepared to stand up he stopped him by tugging at his suit jacket "what's wrong sweetheart?" The man sat back wrapping an arm around his mates shoulders to pull him closer "Don't leave me" he pouted teary eyes looking up at his black haired partner "but you said you wanted skittles and if you want them is because the baby also wants them" jimin softly spoke trying to give some comfort to the whimpering bunny "no, if you are leaving then I don't want them" he tightly hugged the panther burying his face on the crook of jimins neck who fondly smiled down at the bunny hugging him back "if that's what you want then I want leave"
And within seconds the blonde haired hybrid was already laughing at the animated show playing on the television, after they had gotten pregnant jimin could notice how his husband had grown more soft and childish than what he already was, specially because of the hormones that made him more fragile in a certain way "can I go change?" Jungkook nodded not moving his eyes from the screen but loosening his grip on the older letting him slip away from his arms to go get changed into something more comfortable than his work clothes.
Not long after the hybrids ears perked as he listened at the sound of soft walking his mate clearly approaching the couch but the man just stood behind him making jungkook frown "what are you doing? come cuddle me" he spoke not bothering to turn around and see the older "close your eyes sweetheart" jungkook pouted letting out a small whine "I wanna see my show" he folded his arms trying to act annoyed but a giggle gave him away as his husband covered his eyes, ears listening closely to any movement the male did before he was having his eyes uncovered once again, his eyes adjusted and on his lap he found a big grey box with a white ribbon on the side "what's these?" Jimin finally took the seat beside him and jungkook glanced at him with those same brown doe eyes jimin so much loved "it's a gift" he gave his eye closed smile making more excitement grow inside the younger who didn't waste any more time before opening the gift box.
Eyes widening at the sight of grey a blanket with two buttons that made it look like a sleeping bag but for a baby, the inside was a of white soft cotton and inside the blanket was a white bunny with long ears that hung either sides of its face, a golden ribbon nicely tied around the neck "these..." he spoke after a moment but unable to continue as he remained speechless "I saw you kept looking them up so I thought I did buy them" jimins finger twirled a strand of his husbands blonde hair "I know but-" a sob made him interrupt himself and made jimin straighten up "why are you crying now?" The bunny was too overwhelmed by the cute present that suddenly, jimin wasn't seeing his husband but a blonde bunny "aw baby you liked the gift that much?" The black haired carefully carried his husband on his hands who was currently on his bunny form.
Whenever hybrids felt too overwhelmed they did suddenly turn into their animal form.
Jimin softly patted back the youngers head keeping him close to his chest and making sure he was still warm as soft whimpers came from the hybrid.
"I love you my little bunny, tomorrow we can go to that cake shop you like so much" he pressed a small kiss to the small head of his mate and smiled "I'm glad you liked the present, our little one deserves the best"
