You were sleeping soundly, having probably the best sleep you've had in forever until someone started shaking you.

You opened your eyes to find a A silhouette of a man standing over you "DEAN" you began to yell as you backed away.

"Calm down y/n they can't here you" the man said in a British accent.

Your breathing was shuddered "w-who, what, are you?" You asked the man as you stood up

"I'm an angel, Your, angel" he said sitting down on your bed and turning on the tv in your room.

"What does that mean?" You said as you inched towards your bag that was on the table, it had your gun and a flask filled with holy water.

"It means I have to protect you. I was assigned you at your birth, apparently you're important to the world" the so called Angel told with most of his attention to the TV.

You grabbed the holy water out of your bag "what's your name?" You asked to distract him

"Balth-" he started but you cut him off by dowsing him with holy water.

He scuffed "I'm not a demon you know" he said wiping his face "as I was saying, my name is Balthazar"

You held in a chuckle "Why are here?" You asked him as you put the flask back in your bag

"I'm here to help you" Balthazar said staring at the tv

"With what?" You said jumping up on the table to sit down

"Life, specifically love life. Ask anyone in the Garrison I give the best love advice" you chuckled

"What love life?" You said trying to pretend clueless.

"I've been with you your whole life, I've just been invisible until now at least."

"So you saw-" you started

"Yes and might I say Dean looks like a tacky kisser, anyway I think that you and Sam belong together the lady's always love dean I personally don't see what the whole fuss is about" Balthazar said looking at you

"Sam? Gross and the whole "Fuss" is Deans eyes, they're something else" you said looking at Dean laying on the floor

"It is your life but I will still have my opinions" Balthazar said sarcastically

"So can I go back to sleep now?" You asked Balthazar before yawning

"I suppose, if you need anything just call me" Balthazar said getting up off your bed.

"Ok what's your number" you said walking over to him

"Not literally like through prayer dummy" Balthazar said as he walked over to the door

"Oh" you said as he walked out.

You laid back down and Really did try to fall asleep but with Balthazar's words ringing in your ears about how you should be with Sam, it was hard.

You got out of bed and gently shook Dean and he shot up. You jumped back from him "sorry y/n are you ok?" Dean asked you as he helped you up from the floor.

"Yeah I'm just having a hard time sleeping" you said looking up at Dean.

"I'm sorry y/n" Dean said before pulling you into his arms "want me to lay with you?" He asked looking down at you

"Yes please" you said before Dean picked you up and laid you on the bed and he jumped in next to you.

Once Dean was next to you it was more than easy to fall asleep.
