S Y N O P S I S

Camilla has lived and worked all her life in the manor with her mother, the housekeeper. After her death, her boss, the Duchess Hawthorne, became the closest she has ever had to family—until she passed away, too, leaving nothing but uncertainty in her future.

The manor is inherited by the duchess' nephew, the only blood-related member eligible to take over the entire estate.

To Vincent Hawthorne, this is nothing but some extra wealth and the perfect reason to move out from under his mother's controlling personality.
