The next morning all of us from last night were out at the mall they had.I was sipping on my coffee while walking with Kairi behind Vic and Mattia who were continuously flirting but I honestly didn't care anymore I know what type of guy Mattia is

After we grabbed what I wanted we went back to Mattia and Vic but we sat behind them at a different table and observed them feeding each other icecream while they laugh and talk about things.I never thought Mattia would laugh at anything but being evil to people.She's good for him she makes him happy
"Maybe she'll change him in a way",I say to Kairi who looks at me and than looks back at the two in front us and examines them.He than looks back at me and nods a little.We smile at each other and laugh a little
"You know,I see things in you to Hayden,your such a bright soul when you don't have to be,why are you so nice to us people up here?",he says looking back at me.Kairi is so sweet to me
"Because we're all human no matter what I see things in all of you,good things,especially in you,but I should ask the same why are you so nice to people like me?",I say resting my hand on my cheek as I look at him run his fingers through his hair
"Like you said we're all human,your such a nice soul,that's what I like about you,your different from everyone around us,your a little to nice though,to the point you can't protect yourself from things",he says raising and eyebrow
"Trust me Kairi,I can protect myself,even from the beast of all",I say looking over at Mattia."But than again he'll never hurt me in a way to harm me,but he'll threaten me and keep me away from people",I say looking at the two holding hands and looking back at Kairi
"There's more buts in the world but I wouldn't say them all now,the thing is I know who he is deep down inside he's been through some things,but it doesn't give him the right to kill innocent people for mistakes or even just killing them,and hopefully Vic will keep him away from those things,and I'll keep away from him so he doesn't hurt me",I say looking down at my hands which were fidgeting with a salt shaker
"He's led you on,and I'm sorry for that,but he's never gonna change,maybe he will but maybe he won't,he'll still be the same Mattia Polibio,it's in his blood Hayden,but in the mean time let's change the subject",he says stopping my hands from messing with the salt shaker
"Let's talk about your love life",he says causing me to smile and move my hair out of my way.Sighing I look away and than look back at him."Well I never really been in a relationship before,sooner or later hopefully I'll get one,and I'm still a virgin if you didn't know",I said smiling at the boy in front of me who looked shocked
"Wow,I never knew I could meet someone so much like me",he says smiling at me.His smile was so cute I was in a trance.I believe he were talking but I couldn't keep my eyes off of him.I bit my lip and continued to shake my head yes as if I were listening
I snapped out of it as soon as he started gazing at my eyes.Making me blush and cover my face but I don't think that worked cause he grabbed my hand away from my face and smiled
"I have an affect on you?",he says satisfied sitting across from me.I try not to look at him but I look into his brown eyes and to be honest I get lost in them
"Did you even hear what I said to you the first time?",he says chuckling at me.I shake my head no and he laughs making me laugh
"That's not funny,I was literally supposed to listen but I couldn't because I were staring at you",I say slightly pushing his shoulder.We look at each other and continue to laugh and talk at each other for a minute
"Your cute to cute",he says smiling but than his smile drops as Mattia and Vic walk up to us hand in hand.Looking up Mattia uses his hand signaling us to come with them.And we get up and follow behind them
"It's like we're fourth wheeling",I say whispering to him still looking at the two in front us.But out of no where he snakes his arm around my waist causing me to flinch a bit.I look at him and give him a warm smile
Laying my head on his shoulder I continue to talk with him and walk around.Mattia and Vic had looked back a few times Mattia just looked unamused but Vic smiled and waved at us.We were walking for hours in the mall at some point my feet hurt and Kairi let me get on his back
We were laughing and giggling the whole time we were there.He made me feel happy and free.I've really never felt like this at home with Mattia.Mattia made me feel angry,mad,captive,threatened,and maybe good sometimes but other than that nothing like how Kairi makes me feel.I don't even know why he's in a gang to be honest
________________________________ We finally are back at the place.Vic and Mattia say goodbye to each other and they kissed and I was shocked.Never knew that anyone would kiss on their first date but I guess I was wrong.Kairi were standing right next to Vic once she were done I waved goodbye to both of them
Turning around I begin to walk but hear kairi say something under his breathe.Feeling someone grab me by my waist and turn me around it was Kairi
"What are you doing?",I said giggling at him.He looked at me in my eyes for a bit but than he crashed his lips onto mine.They we're so warm and plump.Of course I kissed him back our lips were moving in sync.Putting my hand in his hair we continued to kiss
The kiss got deeper but than we both pulled away out of breathe.My hand still in his hair and our faces inches a part.He placed his nose on mine we were breathing together.I smiled with my teeth a little and than stopped smiling as soon as Mattia pulled him away from me
"Hey we were having a moment here",I said pushing him and walking to Kairi.He rolled his eyes at me and pointed to the door
"Ok ok I'm leaving",kairi says as he walks to the door once he gets out he turns around and waved goodbye but than Mattia shuts the door in his face.I laugh and throw my hands up.
"Really?",I say running towards the stairs and walking up them.Going to my room I managed to hear him say something under his breathe but I couldn't quite hear him so I continued going until I got in my room and listened to some music
