Derek and Stiles had been married for six months, but they'd been in love for even longer regardless of the fact that stiles was underage. "I cant even look at you right now." Derek said in hushed tones, holding back his pure anger which had stemmed from that colossal embarrazzment. Stiles' confidence had gone as of this moment. He looked resigned, holding back his tears. The horrible feeling that he could've exposed his husband swelled up inside him, but he wanted his own true feelings to come out instead. But before he could speak, "Let's just have dinner and get this over with, I don't have the energy right now. We will talk about this later."

"Finally sweetie, has your housemaid finished the food yet?" Derek's mother was a sweet woman, but she was sometimes oblivious and somehow hadn't realised the situation yet. Though the same could be said for his sisters, Laura and Cora, who also hadn't realised the odd situation in the Hale house.

Luckily, Stiles had prepared a dinner for him and Derek so he was able to share it among the family. They all sat together around the table and waited for Stiles to come with the food.
