Liam and Theo were sitting close to each other on the couch watching tv when Liam's phone vibrated against the table. Liam moved away from Theo's grasp to read a text from Scott that said:
It's time to take down the hunters. Meet up at my place and bring Theo, we'll take all the help we can get.
"Theo," Liam turned to his boyfriend, "We gotta go. Scott needs us."
"Needs us or needs you?" Theo seethed.
"Theo," Liam sighed, "You aren't the enemy anymore. The pack forgives you."
"The pack tolerates me. 'Forgives' is a bit of a stretch."
"Come on Theo, please," Liam looked at him with puppy dog eyes.
"Fine, but only because you want me to," Theo said kissing Liam on the lips before he stood up.
When they arrived to Scott's house they were greeted with Stiles at the front door.
"What is he doing here?" Stiles glared at Theo.
Theo smiled sarcastically stepping into Scott's living room, "Nice to see you too Stilinski."
"Okay now that everyone's here, I'll go over the plan," Scott said. "Malia, Liam, Theo, and I will fight the hunters from the inside and get the list they're using to hunt supernatural creatures. Derek, Argent, and Parrish will attack from the outside while Mason and Corey scan the perimeter while being invisible. Stiles and Lydia will stay in the car in case something changes or if Lydia senses something."
"I take it you have a backup plan," Theo said uncertainly.
"Scott and I always have a plan b," Stiles said squinting his eyes at Theo.
"Someone remind me why he's here again," Malia scolded.
"Like I said we will take all the help we can get," Scott reminded them.
"So much for forgiveness," Theo muttered under his breath.
"What I meant to say was everyone except Stiles and Malia," Liam gave Theo's hand a light squeeze but quickly released it before the pack saw. It's not like the pack didn't know about them, they did, but they weren't going to throw Liam a parade for dating their old enemy.
The conversation was dropped and they all separated into their groups.
Once they got to Monroe's hideout, Scott, Malia, Theo, and Liam snuck inside. The building consists of silver colored walls and black tile floors. No decorations or lights or anything. Just endless hallways of black and silver.
"The walls, they're made of some type of steel or titanium. That's why it echoes in here," Theo observed, tapping on the wall. He pulled his fingers away when he felt a shock.
To their surprise, there wasn't a single hunter in sight.
"Where are all the guns?" Malia whispered as they walked down an echoed hallway quietly.
"You would think with all the guns they have they would have some on display," Liam said voice hushed.
They continued walking down the hallways silently until Theo heard a gun cock from a distance.
"Get down!" Theo yelled pushing Liam to the ground just fast enough for a silver bullet to miss his head.
"You spoke too soon," Theo told Malia.
Theo looked at Liam, "You alright?"
"Yeah, thanks," Liam breathed.
"That was a silver bullet," Scott said, "We've got to be careful, one of those was powerful enough to kill a hellhound."
With that being said, Theo offered a hand to Liam and he got up off the floor and the four ripped their claws out preparing for a fight. Another bullet soared through the air and into the wall.
"Come on," Scott called breaking into a run and the rest followed his lead.
When they got to the end of the hallway, they were met with steel double doors.
Liam reached for the handle but before he could open the door a hand caught his.
"What?" Liam asked Theo.
"We don't know what's behind there. What if there is more hunters just waiting for us?" Theo said.
"I'll text Lydia to see if she knows anything." Malia said pulling her phone from her pocket.
After a few moments Lydia texted back:
Nothing, but I'll keep trying.
"She doesn't have anything yet." Malia reported back.
"We can't wait around for her to find something. We should go in now," Liam urged.
Scott nodded in approval and Liam opened the door.
They were taken aback when they saw the room was filled with dynamite and three bulky devices.
No, not devices. Bombs.
