~Third Person~

Friday just couldn't come fast enough for Evan, and as soon as the sun was up, he was bright-eyed and awake, a goofy grin on his face. His alarm/radio began his usual wake up call but he was already awake before it. Humming to Caskets by SloMo, he sprinted around his room, making his bed. Today, he had gotten up super early and had enough time to do a quick cleanup in his room before the big day.

Today, N.E.R.D would be performing LIVE in his school cafeteria! He wanted to scream.

Hurrying in and out of the bathroom in 15 minutes, he nearly slipped on the tiles. Easy, cowboy. You're up early. You won't miss it. He took a deep breath and slowed his movements. This was going to be it.

Ever since the popular boy band, N.E.R.D had risen to the spotlight, everyone became instantly enamored with them. They were the perfect team, and each and every performance of theirs was amazing as their tickets sold out like hot cakes. They were the catch of all ages, and all genders were head-over-heels for their music, presentation, style, and teamwork. They were so in sync with each other and made music that drove audiences wild.

Interestingly enough, no one had a single clue who any of the 5 members of the boy band were. It was funny because even when paparazzi and news tried to dig into them and find out who they were when they initially started, nothing was found. No one knew if they were a bunch of goofy teens looking for a ride, a group of middle-aged adults just looking for fun or a mix of both. Their identities were well hidden, and they always had on-stage makeup and some masks that distorted and hid their features perfectly. In the eyes of the world, they were just a group of musicians the world knew and loved.

Especially Eric.

He was in love with said boy band but had never seen any of their concerts live. He never had the chance. But this, this was going to be his big moment. His shot. He had actually been planning this moment since he heard the rumor but wasn't sure where it would take place. He had planned that no matter where it was, he wasn't going to miss it for the world. And fate had just sprinkled some lucky dust on him and made it at his 5-day routine, 15-20 minutes from home. How much luckier could a guy get?

Rushing to his closet, he flung the door open and walked in. Running his fingers over his outfits, he contemplated slightly. Not only was he going to his first ever concert by his forever band, but he was also going to be escorting a lady to it. Ah, yes. Mahtzee Ascelle Wonders. She had asked him a couple of days prior, and he had agreed, therefore, he had to look presentable. He hummed in thought, a pensive look crossing his face briefly before being replaced with a cheerful smile. 'Ah ha! Jackpot!' he muttered in celebration. He had found it.

Drying off his slightly damp curls, he chuckled as he heard Em trying out the 'Woodchuck' tongue twister and failing miserably while Kvng just laughed. Those two would be perfect together, he thought, carding his fingers through his hair. Time for clothing. He put on a pair of socks, then slid into his favorite pair of blue skinny jeans. He fit snuggly into an amazing white v-neck T-shirt and slipped on a brown, white and black long sleeved flannel. Buttoning up the chest and sleeves, he rummaged around and found his pair of blue, black and white Jordan 1's. They still fit. He grabbed a necklace with a circle pendant off his bedside table and slipped it on. Raking his hands through his now dried curly fade hair, he smiled at his mirror image. He was looking good. He quickly grabbed his phone, bag and keys off the bed and dashed outta his room.

His steps sped on downstairs only to halt and meet his baby brothers crying hysterically, their arms flailing about. His instinct took over.

'Oh non, mes princes ! Quel est le problème? Pourquoi pleurez-vous tous les deux ?'
