Ch. 1 A Guide to Bullying

     I was picked on for a while by a boy until I finally gave in and dated him. My mom told me it was because he liked me, but he called me some pretty nasty things and made sexual advances towards me. I didn't like it so I started self-harming and tried to kill myself on February 19th, 2015 with rope and my closet. Now, nobody knows this but me, but you should know. 

Here's how I dealt with it until I attempted suicide:
* Drawing is a good way to let out your feelings- and you can draw what you're going through.
* Writing a story- good way to share what is going on, too.
* Speak up. Don't stay quiet. You need to LET THE WORLD HERE YOU!!
* Drink tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. it's a good way to calm down. 
* Bake a cake! Those are always fun!
* EAT CHOCOLATE!!

     Those are just some ways you can calm down with. So, my lovlies, I want to have a special section of this book where you can talk to me. Of course, if you want to. If you don't that's TOTALLY OKAY!
