Awkward Affection Alert (Pt.2)

Author's note: This is more of an Obi-wan one shot, but it's about Anidala haha. Hope you enjoy Mr.Sassy being sassy and suspicious about a certain two some!!!

Obi wan fixed his Jedi robe, and looked side to side at his reflection. "Hm" He pondered.

"Ah, this'll do today. I suppose." He looked at his charming reflection once more, before leaving to go see his Friend Anakin Skywalker.

He had Lunch planned with his good friend, at Dex's diner. The duo were inseparable, no matter where they were on the battlefield to the Jedi Temple. Obi-wan just wanted a chance to catch up, not talk about strategies, troops, battle and war.

He went to knock on Anakin's door, and saw Ahsoka standing outside beside him.

"Master Kenobi" Ahsoka nodded hello.

"Ahsoka, do you know where Anakin is?" Obi wan scratched his beard, with his signature Obi-wan thinking face. Ahsoka sighed heavily, pondering on how to respond.

She knew about Padme and Anakin, and knew well that Anakin was staying over at Padme's. And she also knew Obi-wan didn't know.

"Master Skywalker is out getting some Mantell Mix. He says it's for when I get hungry at 0300." Ahsoka shrugged sheepishly.

"Okay, and do you know when he left?" Obi wan asked, slightly suspicious.

"Er, I think he left about 15 minutes ago." Ahsoka said, slowly nodding. She read somewhere in Jedi Temple archives that if you're trying to trick someone into believing what you're saying, you're more likely to do so if you're nodding your head while telling them.

"Okay. Thank you Ahsoka." He nodded politely at her, before turning around to head back to his quarters.

"Anakin, why am I not surprised you're late again?" Obi wan asked, seeing the young Jedi stepping into the diner.

"I ran into Senator Amidala on the way, I insisted she should come." Obi Wan's face changed a bit, to a more confused look seeing Padme walk into the diner.

"Ah, Good to see you Senator." Obi wan said, shaking hands with the former queen.

"Pleasure to see you as always, Master Kenobi." Smiled Padme, sitting down beside her husband.

Anakin propped up his menu, and started looking through it. Obi-wan could sense something. Almost like a bond- oh wait. Yes, that's what it was. Between Anakin and the senator. Well that was nothing out of the ordinary, he knew they were good friends. But if anything, it almost felt like it was more than a friendship, like a relationship or something of the sorts.

He looked down at his Jedi boots, to see Anakin's hand entwined with Padme's. He knew he shouldn't try to look into Anakin's mind, knowing that he'd sense that. But since Padme wasn't force sensitive, he was able to look into her mind. He could sense the affection she had for him, and a very close bond as well. Hmm. The jedi master sighed.

Definitely a relationship. He decided.
