Chapter 9: Moving on

Lucy's POV

   I started walking towards Natsu. He was just sitting there. "Natsu?" He turned towards me. "What do you want?" I stared at the ground, then looked at him. "Do you want to be together? Like back then?" He raised his eyebrow. He stood up and walked towards me. His hand reached for my neck, where he marked me. I trembled a little. "What are you talking about? You were always mine. You were never going anywhere anyway." He swiped me off the ground. "Lucy, let's get married!" I blushed. "Where did you get that idea?!" I held on to him, scared to be dropped. "Myself of course. Don't think I'm that dense. That's what lovers do anyway, right?" Natsu gave his goofy grin. "You guys! I have an announcement!" The whole guild turned to us. "Me and Lucy are going to get married!" The guild cheered. The loudest ones where running to us. "Great job Mama!" They said in sync. The twins high five each other. 'Don't tell me they planned this all. Natsu and the kids always seemed to get along. Like they were playing with me?!' I get out of Natsu's arms, but then is sweep back up. "You're not going anywhere. Now let's go plan the wedding!"

Wedding Day, Normal POV

   "Where is the groom?! Where is the bride?!" Everyone was panicking as Lucy and Natsu wasn't present. After hours, they didn't appear. Soon as everyone was going to leave, they entered. Lucy was in a beautiful white puffy train dress with lots of flowers. They panted. "Natsu! Its all your fault for making us late!" Lucy scolded him. "Haha, sorry Luce. I had to bring you there, and it was a long way. Especially the train." Everyone sat back down and carried on with the ceremony. Soon after, they were on a hill while them sun was setting. "Luce, promise me you won't leave me." She smiled, sticking her pinky out. "Hmm." The twins were watching from afar.

   "Good thing Mama and Papa are together now." Blaze nodded. "Even though dad is okay. I won't consider it yet. I don't even know if I could trust him yet." Nashi nudged him. "You idiot! Just accept the fact." Blaze held where she hit him. "That only because you like him!" Nashi blushed a little. "Shut up! You know you like mom too." This silenced Blaze. "Fine. Say what you want to say. I don't care."

Couple years later, Normal POV

   Blaze and Nashi were now 13, which meant they could go on solo missions without parents. During the day, Lucy sat alone while Natsu tampered around with Gray. Lucy knew something that no one knew. The twins were coming today too, so she would have to wait until they came. Lucy left the guild without Natsu noticing. Walking around, she walked to her old apartment. Looking up at it, she remembered those memories she had when she first joined Fairy tail. Through the tough times and fun times. When she returned home, Nashi and Blaze were already there. "Where's your father?" Nashi sniffed the air. "Mom, why are you looking for dad? Are you going to tell him something important?" Lucy nodded. "Yeah. So where is he?" Blaze pointed behind me. "Right there, behind you." Lucy turned to see Natsu asleep on the couch. "Anyway, I have something to tell you." They closed in closer to me. "What is it?" Nashi smiled. "I think I know what it is." Blaze gave Nashi a nasty look. "That's no fair that you got better senses than me." She chuckled. "Well, I guess it thought I was better fit." Blaze pouted. "Anyway, what were you saying mom?" Lucy's arms wrapped around her stomach. "I'm pregnant again!" Their eyes widen. "Another kid?" Natsu suddenly said. He picked up Lucy and started swinging her. "That's great! We could always have 58 kids!" Lucy smacked his head. "Your not the one giving birth!" In the end, the new baby came. They called it Igneel, as it turned out to be a boy. They lived happily ever after.
