Cadmus
London Facility
6:24 pm Europe Time

"This new Cadmus facility will revolutionize the modern world. Ever since we had that... Unfortunate accident." Said Dr. Smith as he led the Prime Minister Nickel through the facility.

"Very exquisite here my dear fellow. I question that this is all of Cadmus?" Asked Nickel.

"Uhh..."
"Yes." Said a booming voice. Down the hall came Amanda Waller. She carries a clipboard as a few doctors follow behind her. She walks confidently, with the heels of her shoes clicking and cackling as she approaches down the corridor. 

"Miss Waller. I'm surprise to meet you here. I believed last I recall you worked for your United States agency, Argus." Said The Prime Minister.

"Oh I still attend Argus. I'm just here on some business." Said Waller.

"I see, very well I'll be in my way." Said The prime minister. "I believe I've seen enough." As the Prime Minister leaves, Amanda and the doctors turn down a shadowy hallway. 

"Have they arrived?" Asked Waller. One of the doctors nods their head as the end of the corridor approaches. A metal door stands in their way. An elevator that takes them down to Sublevel 52.

"Welcome to New 52 boys." Said Waller as the team of doctors walk down the corridor. Waller punches in some codes and opens the titanium door. There the six of the Seven Justice League are bound to the wall. Batman's Utility Belt and Cowl gone, Superman wrapped in Kryptonite bars. Wonder Woman is stuck to the surface of the table due to her armor's magnetic pulse. Aquaman is being baked under a fire along with Martian Manhunter. And Green Lantern just has his Ring taken off and was tied to the Wall. 

"My my my. The Justice League of America. The Brave and Bold defenders of Earth. Don't worry, we've known your secret identities for awhile now." Waller said in a mocking tone. "Billionaire Bruce Wayne the Prince of Gotham. Kal-El/Clark Kent the last son of Krypton, Diana Prince princess of Themyscira  Arthur Curry/King Orm of Atlantis, J'onn J'onzz the Martian himself, And test-pilot Hal Jordon." 

"If I may ask, why are you holding us against our will?" Asked Manhunter.

"Pleasure is definitely one. As well as we need you. To help with our experiments."

"That can't be good." Said Bruce turning to look at Clark and Diana. 

Waller: "After the failed experiment with Reverse Kid-Flash, we realized that it was time to reopen some of our old files on potential experiments. So we felt that the leaders of The JLA possess powers and skill unlike any other being on the planet. So it's simple. We extract some of your DNA. And if you cooperate we don't expose your secret identities to the world." The League just stared at each other.

"Say if we do agree, which I am personally feel like we shouldn't, we doing this right now?" Asked Hal.

"Jordon..." Moaned Aquaman.

"What? I hate needles. Sure I faced aliens the size of stars with pointy teeth and scales but needles are the ultimate enemy." Retorted Hal. 

"No Lantern, Some factors and legal issues stop us from doing the procedure right now." Waller revealed. 

"I doubt this is legal. " Diana retorted. Waller smirks before leaving the Heroes in their prison.
