Corpse felt the small bundle of fur purring on his lower stomach. He sat up slowly, attempting to not wake his pet but it didn't work.
The small cat yawned and glared at its owner before stretching.
"Sorry Sykkuno. Wanna eat?" Corpse picked up the small cat and walked out to the kitchen with him.
He placed the cat on the floor and began to fill its food bowl like he does everyday.
When he turned around his cat was gone and there was a man dressed in a white shirt and black shorts standing on all fours on his counter looking terrified.
"WHAT THE HELL?!" Corpse jumped back. "WHO ARE YOU?"
The man looked down at himself in confusion, like he also didn't know who he was. "Um, I'm Sykkuno-" The man looked shocked as actual words came out instead of meows.
"You're what- no Sykkuno is my cat." Corpse put the cat food down and grabbed the man's wrist. He pulled his head up and looked into his eyes, seeing they were the same as his cats:
Orange/brown with a dark black pupil.
"I am a cat." Sykkuno answered. "Or was?"
"Sy, how did this even happen?" Corpse asked as he held the cat- human, the humans face.
"I don't know... but now that I can talk, that cat food tastes awful." Corpse couldn't help but laugh.
"Well are you still hungry?" The cat-boy nodded and Corpse made him some real food to eat.
He placed it on the table and watched the boy lean down and start to eat.
"Woah hey! You need a fork." Sykkuno looked confused as he was handed a fork.
He looked up at the man confused and Corpse laughed before taking it back and feeding Sykkuno the food.
After he finished Corpse helped him off of the counter and helped him keep his balance as he learned to walk on two legs to the living room.
Corpse sat him down on the couch before sitting next to him. Sykkuno quickly curled up, laying his head on Corpse's lap.
Corpse started petting his hair and listened as Sykkuno hummed at the feeling.
"I really hope I'm still human when I wake up.
