I have never wanted to sleep. The night was my true home, my true escape, the only way for me to see you. I waited every night to see your face, sitting until the clock struck 3 AM. And yet, I cannot help but wonder what dreams I miss when I stay up waiting for you to appear. Death was kind enough to let you pass in your sleep, so I will only pray it will be as merciful to me. So, tonight, I will sleep, and pray that death takes me in my sleep so that I can see you in this eternal dream, where it is always night.
