"How can you smile at this time?" He asked with no emotions. "Sorry?" You asked confused. "I saw.. I saw the letter.. why? Why didn't you tell me earlier!!" He shouted. You jumped a bit. At this point of time, his tears were dripping. He looked at you painfully. "Luckily you fainted. No.. I mean it's not a good thing that you fainted.. that the marriage stopped." He said and you gasped.

"What?! Why didn't the both of you continued?!" You asked in shock. He slammed the table next to him. "Can't you get it? Why..? Why, you ask me? I thought I was the only one who was in love with you.." He said as he voice faded. Your eyes widened. 'He loves me too..?' Inner you.

"She cheated on me." He said which made you hurt. "Her boyfriend showed up. I knew something was off whenever I was with her. I love you but I didn't wnat to ruin our friendship.. I mean if you don't feel the same way as me, it would be awkward. I wanted to make that as an excuse for me to forget about you.. but it doesn't seem to work out." He said as let out a shaky sigh.

He stood up and leaned in closer to you with both hands on the railing of the hospital bed. "(Y/N).. please, can you promise me this? From now on, if you have something, please tell me, if you want anything, please tell me.. please don't do things your way.. without telling me.. please.. I know I didn't confessed to you too.. I was scared.. I was scared to get rejected by you.. that's why I told her that you're only a childhood friend.. I'm sorry... I hurted you.. please.. forgive me.." He said as he went closer to you and cupped your right cheek.

Hearing him saying that made your tears dripped and you tried to control your sobs but failed. He smiled at you with tears in his eyes. He leaned in and kissed your forehead. "Please don't cry.. we're both equally happy right? I love you (Y/N). I promise, I won't hurt you again.." He said and hugged you. You hugged him back. "I love you too, Hae" You said and cried.
