Lani's POV

I was just making a sandwich in the kitchen until I heard a knock on the door, so I went to answer it.
I open the door to see....

"Hello dear Lani!" he said waving "Mom?! Dad?!" they smiled at me "Why are you here?" I said leaving a way for them to come in "Well... When you called and told us what was happening.... We just wanted to stop by and see what's going on ourselves!" said dad

"Where... are they?" questioned mom who looked around trying to find them herself. Tubbo had left a note on the fridge that he and Ranboo were going swimming in the lake nearby.... I don't know if I should tell them that tho... My parents can be very nosey when it comes to family relationships. (same my mom literally asks where my friends live their last names their birthday its weird - Dawn) (wtfffff -Snowy)

"I don't know! They were on the sofa when I went upstairs, but when I came back they weren't home!" I said obviously lying...

"Hmm alright, me and your mom will go on a walk through the forest! It's a beautiful night, isn't it?" uh oh... "I- um- sure!" I really hope they won't find them.....

Who knows what they're doing!

Tubbo's POV

OHHH SHIT "Omg! Is that the guy Lani was talking about??!" my mother says clapping her hands together "He's so handsome isn't he honey?" she turned to the side and said to my father. "Ranboo was it?" asked my dad. Ranboo looked so confused on who the fuck were these people... Pft-

"Uhh, yeah... I am Ranboo" (Ranboob - Madam Dawn)

"Who are you..?"

My parents turn to me with a look of 'Tubbo. Interduce us to him.'
I sighed then said "Ranboo, these are... My parents."
"Oh hi then....wh-what did Lani say about me exactly?" he said looking away from them. My father answered him "Oh she said that one your friends tim-? Tom-? Tommy! Tommy was his name! 
She told us that Tommy saw you two kissing..?" oh god damnit Lani... (ALL HAIL LANI 🛐🛐🛐🛐 - Madam Dawn)

"So am I right to assume that you're dating?" he asked with the biggest smile on his face.

"No- or maybe?" I answered awkwardly. I see Ranboo's head spin around to look at me like 'wtf Tubbo' woops- but  he turned around to look at them again "OHHHH! So you haven't talked about it yet?" mother asked "Yes?" Ranboo said rubbing the back of his neck "May I ask some questions please?!" 'not this shit again... " mother said with stars in her eyes." I would prefer you to no-" Ranboo didn't finish his sentence before the train of questions came. Sigh 'here we go again...'

"How old are you?"

"17..."

"How long have you known Toby?"

"Almost  a year now actually."

"you're american right?"

"Yeah.."

"Do you have a crush on To-"

Her mouth got covered by my dad who said "OK I think that's enough sweetie, let's go." he removed his hand from her mouth then started walking towards the house. "Awww, alright! CYA later Ranboo! Love you Toby!" she said waving and walking away too.
"Love you too mum!"

"Your parents are quite....nice...." he said sitting on the ground.
'sigh' "sorry about that...."I said getting out of the water.

Ranboo's POV

"It's fine... Hey Tubbo why did you say 'maybe' when they asked if we were dating?" I mean... I know why, he literally told me in the hospital, but I feel like I wasn't supposed to hear that that time. So I want him to say it out loud, to my face.

He turned around to look at me straight in the eyes. Then he asked.

"Would you like it if we were dating?"
