You ran from sidewalk to sidewalk , running from the scene. The scene that make your heart broke to pieces , your boyfriend the boy who promised to marry you , to spend time forever with you cheated on you. You ran towards the bus station balling your eyes out before feeling a nudge on your shoulder , "hey don't cry I'll be here" you looked up to see sunwoo your bestfriend.
"You look ugly you know , when you cry" sunwoo said wiping your tears "come on lets get you to my house" grabbing your arm and pulling you into one of the bus.
Years has gone by since he saw you crying your eyes out , to be honest he healed your wounds. The day he asked you out on a date is the best day of your life. He promised all the time that "we'll be together till were old" or "till the meteors fall to the earth. We'll watch the world end." , But that day never came .
On the day.
You rushed to the hospital seeing sunwoo on the hospital bed , "Another one!" The doctor screamed . The nurse put the defibrillator on his chest , one time. The second . The third . "Time of death 13 January 2021 at 11.09 am" the doctor said disappointed that he couldn't save his life.
You fell on your knees, weak . "No. No. No.. this can't be happening" you thought "this must be a dream right??" You questioned . The doctor got out of the room "i assume you are his significant other. I'm sorry for your lost , you may enter the room . And in his last wishes he wish me to give you this envelope" he hands you the letter , you took it , stood up and go into the room . You can't believe your eyes, the person who promised you that they will be there for you for eternity was gone away forever . You walked up to the bed , sitting beside him trying to hold in your tears .
You couldn't. You spewed tears beside his bed , "I can't believe you left..." You said wiping the tears looking at the envelope. A few days passed since his passing , when you saw him in his death bed you can't handle the pain. You left the funeral and go home. Opening the door , you feel like Your home feels empty without him, it feels like the warmth of your home is gone forever , you broke down after closing the door. "i miss you sunwoo... It's been 3 days since you passed in the hospital..." You sobbed , you look at the envelope on the table "i-i should look at his note..."
You stood up from the door frame grabbing the note on the table you sat on the messy couch , opening the notes . You read the note :

Tears streamed down on your face as you read each and every word from his note. You loved him and cherished him the same as he did , you loved him .you learned that People come and go , no matter what circumstances. Those beautiful memories that you and him created will remain memories forever .
