It was 3 pm when the online zoom meeting was held, I was tired and hungry since I was too lazy to get lunch. Sighing, I logged into my zoom account and waited for Judge Karen to start the meeting. The meeting soon started and I sat up straight to pretend to listen. I saw a familiar face, Jack. Him and I met in middle school when I was still taller than him. He moved during the second to last year of middle school and couldn't graduate together. I remember the time he threw a red ball at my face, causing me to squint my eyes at him through the zoom until he noticed me.
Jack: "Oh hey! it's Y/N! Wassuppp? And why are you giving me that face?" Jack laughed annoyingly as always. His laugh was normal mostly, but annoying to me.
Y/N: "Hi Jack. I didn't expect you to be here." I gave him a smile since we were old friends before he moved to a new, but nearby city.
Judge Karen: "Hey guysss, how are you?" Karen said with her cheerful voice and giggled softly.
Y/N: "Hey Karen, I'm good! But a little tired as usual~" I responded before another guy answered.
Matthew: "Oh hi, I'm good Karen." He smiles a little and goes back to his resting face.
Judge Karen: "Okay so, do you guys know what you want to make with the Impossible meat?~ There are some recipes on their website, Impossible Foods if you are stuck."
Y/N: "Yep~ I already know what to make~" I said with a determined smile and sent over the list of ingredients needed to prepare my meal.
Mathew: "yeahhh, I can send the ingredients list over right now." His eyes looked off the side of the computer and clicked on a few things.
Judge Karen: "good good, Jack? How about you?"
Jack: "huh? Oh yeah, I already sent my recipe and the ingredients to you"
Judge Karen: "okay, thank youuu."
I yawned and rubbed my eyes, It was over my nap time since I usually nap at 3 pm. I listened to them talk and soon noticed that Jack and Matthew bickering at each other playfully. That's when something popped up in my head. They would look cute together wouldn't they? The little voice in my head kept talking throughout the meeting until it came to an end.
Judge Karen: "Alright guys, it is 5 o'clock. If there are no more questions, I will see you in the kitchen tomorrow. Byeee~"
Y/n: "Byeeee, see yaaa."
Jack: "Bye Karennn. Bye guysss" He haves with a soft smile.
Matthew: "Byeee." Looking into the camera, he waves with a smile like the rest of us.
Judge Karen: "byeeeee" She waved goodbye and ended the zoom.
I sighed and closed my lap top then going to my bed to take my nap. "Finally... I can sleep now..." I said and closed my eyes with my Tinker Bell blanket that I got from Costco. Jack and Matt...huh... that sounds good together. I thought before closing my eyes and falling asleep from too much thinking.
