Y/n's P.O.V

Krel and I were sitting under the weeping willow tree, talking about our favorite music. Until it went silent and we started to lean in closer. As we got closer I noticed Krel was leaning in too. We were just about to kiss until his eyes turned blue and black. I immediately back up and stare at him confused and a little frightened. "Um Krel? What's up with your eyes?" I asked as Krel snapped out of his daze and turned away. "Oh kleb!" he whisper yelled. "Are you okay?" I asked. "I'm sorry but I have to go! Please forgive me!" he shouted as he ran off. "Wait! Krel?!" I shout but he was already gone. 'What the heck was that all about?' I thought as I got up and tried to go after him. I push through branches and look around for Krel. "Krel wait!" I shout as I continue to look for any sign of him. I stop running and look down. I see his footprints! I continue to follow them as I also pay attention to my surroundings. Suddenly I hear a rustle come from a bush next to me. I freeze and turn toward the noise. Out of nowhere something leaps out at me. I groan as it landed on top of me. I notice it was some type of Alien lizard?! It holds my arms down as I struggle in its grasp. "You will definitely come in handy" it spoke! "Get Off Me!!" I shout as I kick it off me. I sent it flying into a tree as I get up and start to run. 'what was that thing?! And why did it say I'd come in handy?! Alright, calm down, ask questions later focus on escaping now!' I thought as I continued to run.

After running for my life, I finally get to my bike. I get on and then remember Krel's still out there, along with that Thing! I put my helmet on and turn my bike on. I drive right into the forest and begin searching. "Krel! Where Are You?!" I shout.

Krel's P.O.V

Oh great, she's probably gonna hate me for leaving like that. I'll try and make an excuse later. As I ran, I transformed back to my Akiridion form. "Krel Wait!" I heard Y/n shout as I continued to run as fast as I could. I have to loose her or she'll see me. I look around and climb a tree. "Krel!" Y/n shouted as she ran past me. I sigh in relief and drop down from the tree. I start to slowly back up and turn around to suddenly I bump into, Aja! "Krel, we have to get back to the mothership now!" Aja exclaimed. "You know, there's something the humans say "No kidding" in Sarcasm!" I shouted. "Whatever, let's just get going" Aja said as we began to run. "So, how was your date?" she asked as we ran. "It was, actually nice till I had to leave, yours?" I asked which I immediately regretted. "It was amazing little brother, we were about to kiss until this problem came up" she spoke gesturing to her form. "Same here" I said. "You were about to kiss Y/n?!" Aja spoke surprised. I blushed a little then focused back on running. Suddenly I hear a motorcycle and immediately knew it was Y/n trying to look for me.

Time skip

Y/n's P.O.V

After searching for about an hour I figured he probably got home already. At least I hope so. I drive out of the forest and drive home. Once home I go straight to my room, grab my phone from my pocket and text Krel.

Y/n: Krel Tarron where the Hell are you?!

A few minutes later

Krel: Oh hey! Sorry I didn't respond sooner but don't worry about me I'm fine, I'm at home right now

Y/N: Oh thank god! You scared me half to death! Anyway why did you run off?

Krel: I was late for curfew, and I didn't want to get grounded so I left

Y/n: Oh ok, you didn't run into anything strange on the way home did you?

Krel: No. What strange thing?

Y/n: Nevermind, forget it

Krel: Y/n, just tell me

Y/n: Well, I saw some type of lizard creature, it attacked me and I thought you might have run into it

Krel: What?! Did it hurt you?!

Y/n: Oh no, I'm fine

Krel: That's good

Y/n: Anyway it's late, goodnight Krel

Krel: Oh right, goodnight Y/n

I turn my phone off and get into the shower. After washing off I get into my pj's, brush my teeth, and crawl into bed. Once under the covers I turn on my stereo and play some calming music. As I listen to the music suddenly I hear the front door slam. I jumped and just tried to ignore it. Then I hear mom's footsteps coming up the stairs heading toward my door. Suddenly my door opens slowly as I hear my mom make her way to my bed. She sits by my feet and puts a hand on my thigh. I'm literally freaking out right now. What if she actually attacks me? I'm so dead. Instead of feeling a slap or punch, I feel my mom lay right behind me since I'm facing the wall. She cuddles into my back and hugs me. "I'm so sorry pumpkin *sniff*" I hear my mom crying? "I've been blaming everything on you, when it was never your fault in the first place, all you did was encourage your dad to win one last game" she spoke as her voice cracked a bit. "I was just so mad, and sad that your father was murdered, I wasn't there to see it for myself but you were, you were just a kid, you didn't know anything, yet I blamed it all on you" she cried. Honestly, at this point I'm silently crying too. "I'm so sorry Y/n, please forgive me" mom sobbed as she hugged me closer. I keep pretending I'm asleep as Mom gets off the bed. She gently kissed my forehead as I felt a single tear fall onto my cheek. Mom stood up and started to walk out. I don't want my mom to see me weak. She needs someone to lean on and be strong for her. That's my job. As soon as I hear mom close her bedroom door I pull my blanket off and sat up. I hug my knees close to my chest and cry. I let my tears have their release as I silently cry. After about 10 min. of crying I fall asleep to the calm music in the backround of my room.
