George POV
It was raining outside, I had just woke up a little while ago. I was just sitting in my bed staring out the window.

All the sudden I see a tall kid with dirty blond hair running around in the rain, I instantly got up after seeing my best friend. I run out of my room and out on my shoes and coat.

"Honey where are you going in this rain?" ,I hear my mom call from the kitchen.

"I'm just going to go play with Dream, is that okay?"

"Yeah sure honey just be back in an hour!" My mom answered back.

"K love you mom bye!!" I stretched out the "bye" As I leave the house until I close the door.

I put my hood up realizing how much it was actually raining, then I spotted Dream, he was kicking a stone around wile holding his plastic sword.

"Hi Dream I missed you!" I yell to him.

"HI GEORGIE!" He practically screams back. I always hated him using that nickname.

I run over to him and hug him real tight.

"Woah calm down there Georgie" he said with a slight giggle.

"Do you wanna sword fighting?" He asked with a smirk on his face.!

"Sure can I have the big sword this time?!'

"Alright fine just don't drop it" he replied with a little bit of annoyance in his voice.

Once he gives me the sword I finally realize how hard it is to hold.

All the sudden he starts counting down.

5.. 4.. 3... 2.. 1.. G-

Before he could finished already hit him and caught him off guard, making him fall almost immediately.

"HEY WHY DID YOU DO THAT I DIDN'T SAY GO!"

I just laughed in reply.

"Ugh fine lets do this again" he said as he stood up.

"Okay on the count of 3"

3.. 2.. 1.. GO

He starts running toward me, I try to walk back but I slip on the wet grass. I accidentally push the sword into the ground when I landed breaking it.

"OMG DREAM IM SO SORRY I JUST-"

Dream cut me off

"It's okay George i can hurt get a new one!"

I felt so relieved that I didn't even the notice the tiny tears gathering on the bottom of Dream's eyes.

All the sudden Dream comes over and sits  next to me on the wet grass, he lays down.

"Lay down we can watch the rain like this"

So I did.

We ended up laying there watching the rain as it fell on our faces, talking about the stupidest things, telling jokes, and just having a blast.

"We're gonna be best friends forever"

"Of course we are"

And that's when we fell asleep in the rain.
