For a while, you had been trying to get back to sleep; however, your mind just wouldn't let you. Several hours had passed and for some reason, you could barely get more sleep. When you finally got out of bed, you wanted to head to the kitchen area to make breakfast, but your body had other ideas. When you got a hold of yourself, you were at your desk with the notebook from yesterday open for you to read. There was nothing new, so you decided to fill out some of the activities in purple ink. After filling out some activities, you looked over at the faded text to find it asking questions like "Does he still talk to you" and other weird questions that always talked about the past. You thought it was funny to reply to those texts in purple pencil, always careful about erasing your answers later. When you were playing with the word search, Vanessa came in and watched you.

"So, hun. How was your first night?" Vanessa asked with a concerned look. She donned a comfy pink crop top with black leggings and black fingerless gloves. She also wore a choker with a cute bunny with a strawberry on it. Her raven pigtailed hair had streaks of dyed hair in a variety of colors ranging from ocean blue to raspberry red to even caramel. Bangs fell and intertwined with her long eyelashes as she gazed back at you waiting for an answer. When you didn't reply, she sighed and sat down on your bed, keeping her gaze locked at your position.

"Are you alright? You're not as chatty as you usually are? What's on your mind, sweetheart? If you talk, maybe I can help you. Y'know I can help with anything, hun." Vanessa could always tell if you were feeling down and was very toned to your emotions.

"I'm just thinking..." You replied. You were hesitant on what you wanted to share, but Vanessa gently urged you with an encouraging nod.

"*sigh* I was just thinking about my job." You noticed her mouth frown more as you continued talking.

"It was different from what I had experienced. I had breathing problems, which didn't help with my asthma, and I was also on edge all night long. I felt as if many eyes were staring at me, but I couldn't see them; am I being paranoid? I just hope things will turn out easier and less stressful for a job that shouldn't have any stress. I-I don't know..."

Vanessa was quiet the whole time, just watching your body language and finally after a long and comforting silence, she sighed.

"Well, I can't control you, so if you want to go back and continue, you may. I suggest you take a nap after lunch. By the way, I made quesadillas, so... the last one in the kitchen gets the last orange soda~!"

"Hey! Wait! That's not...fair."

By the time you finished your statement, Vanessa had already opened the door and was rushing down the hall.

"You better have made the quesadillas how I like them!"

When you finished your quesadillas, which were one of Vanessa's specialties, you had the whole afternoon to do whatever. You decided on sleeping and surprisingly, you had no trouble whatsoever. With Vanessa's help, you got a pack ready so that you came prepared for your shift. In the strawberry themed backpack that Vanessa had let you borrow was: your inhaler for your asthma, an extra pair of glasses, a flashlight, several bottles of water, lavender scented air wicks, an extra computer and Wi-Fi generator, some tools to tinker with while you worked, and a lighter. You grabbed the bag along with your keys, but before you left, you found yourself in a hug with your dorm mate.

"Remember, stay hydrated. Only use your flashlight in emergencies. Don't go wandering where you are supposed to. Oh! And-"

"Geez, Van. You are starting to sound like my mother. Would you calm down. I'm going to be prepared this time. There's no need to worry for me." You tried to wiggle out, but her grip was a little too tight for you.

"Ok, ok! You're starting to kill me!"

"Oh. I'm sorry. I'll let you go now hun."

"At this rate, you are going to be the one who kills me." You chided as you rubbed your sore arms. As you walked out the front door, Vanessa was waving and closed the door behind you.

Right before you got out, you checked the mirror in the car for the last time, making sure your uniform was straight and the badge corrected. Your uniform consisted of a blue button-up shirt with black pants, a black belt and tie, a gold name tag, and a cap that says "SECURITY" on it. You decided to "borrow" Vanessa's black fingerless gloves and you pulled your long hair back into a ponytail to put under your hat. With the final touch up on your bangs and collar, you decided that you were presentable and got out of the car. You had your bag on hand and were heading in the direction of the office. When you arrived, you set down your bag onto the desk and took out your computer and Wi-Fi generators. You immediately got that set up and opened it up to a software that you were developing that was focused on a new style of gaming: 360° Gaming. You were designing a headset that would go over the eyes and you called this tech Virtual Reality, a simulation of the real world right in front of you. Right as you got everything settled on the desk, the phone rang and you decided to let it play in the background. You weren't really paying attention to the conversation until a certain string of information caught your ears.

"-Hey, there's something that might interest you. So, we found this spring lock suit recently and a bunch of informational audio tapes that were stored in a safe room back at the old Freddy Fazbear's. It looked like a very old Spring Bonnie suit and it smelled horrible, like rotten flesh, but it was a piece of their history, so, y'know, we had to take it and send it over. So, yeah, now we got this old spring lock suit that smells and it is currently hanging out in the back room. Throughout the rest of your night shifts, we will be sharing with you the audios instead of the usual audio we play. So yeah. Have a nice shift! And remember: Smile! You are the face of Freddy Fazbear."

As the phone clicked signaling the end of the call, you gently pushed your computer away to contemplate on what just happened. A new spring lock suit was in this building. Well, that would explain the rotting smell that appeared that day. It's a good thing you brought your can of air spray. Might as well just leave it there for future usage. You decided to watch the cameras when you noticed something familiar walking besides the glass pane that showed the hallway. Curious, you put down the monitor to find a translucent Freddy walking across the hall. It was only a moment when he turned his head and was gone from your sight. You looked around and were suddenly face to face with the phantom in question. A jump scare and an asthma attack later, you were finally able to register what had happened. Still shocked, you opened the company computer only to find that your oxygen levels were low. You immediately rebooted that part and only when it was finished rebooting did you finally let out the breath that you had been apparently holding. You had learned your lesson on how to deal with Freddy: don't look at him. Spooked and still uneasy, you started fidgeting on the model headset for your project. When the clock signaled the end of your shift, you hurriedly scooped your computer and model and shuffled down the hallway. You were almost at the door when you had the odd feeling that someone or something was watching you. It was clear to see that you were definitely paranoid. Without any hesitation, you dashed out of the building, strapped yourself into your car and as you were heading out, you caught a glimpse of a huge bunny silhouette on the tinted doors. With all that happened that day, you just wanted to go home and get another "therapy" session with good ol' Vanessa back at the apartment. Let's just say that when you had arrived, your dorm mate was not pleased at the current mental and physical state that you were in.
