I woke up to my phone blowing up on instagram and imessages. I had tons of dm's and new followers from insta and and had a message from vinnie and cynthia. (ok y'all pls ignore the time for the messages lmao)

After texting then back I go onto my insta and see what the hype was all about. HOLY SHIT- I just gained 10k followers and they all looked like fans of vinnie. I was looking threw my comments and some were saying i was pretty and some were being really rude. After I got off insta I go into ny bathroom and do my usual. "hmm what should I wear today" i say to myself. I just decided to throw on some shorts and a sweatshirt for now, I go downstairs and I don't see my mom so im guessing she's at work. I make myself some eggs and avocado toast -while listening to frank ocean- (if u don't like frank ocean then ur missing out) I think to myself about all the followers I gained. "wow it would be cool if i was famous but i wouldn't want vinnie to think i'd be usint him for clout) I could never do that to anyone so i decided to ft him and talk to him about it.
On ft with vinnie: g: heyy v: wassup g g: g? i laugh v: yea for gemma. like it or hate it idc g: ok v, but we gotta talk v: talk abt ? he says looking confused g: Ok so i gained like alot of followers on insta and as cool as it is i don't want to feel like im using u bc im not i promise. i would never -he laughs- wait what's funny? v: ik ur not using me, it's fine it happens and honestly u should be a influencer g: wait why ? v: bc ur nice and u look like u could pull it off g: well sure ig, but hey i gotta get ready and stuff then i'll be over later v: ok cool, bye Call ends
I was really happy that vinnie was ok with the followers and stuff because i really didn't want him to think i was using him. Could I actually pull off being a influencer tho? i thought to my self. After lots of thinking I go upstairs and do my make up and hair while watching vampire diaries for like the 5th time. I got a text message from vinnie that we were gonna go to boa steakhouse ( a popular restaurant) so I had to find a really nice outfit.

After I was done getting ready I grabbed my wallet and keys then left. I got into my car hooked my phone up for music then drove off. I stopped at starbucks first tho (as always) and grabbed a caramel macchiato with cold foam and a healthy wrap. "thank you" I say to the worker who gave me my phone and drove off. I arrived at hype and got out. Why was I nervous again? i really don't even know. I walk up to the front door and knock. Thomas opens the door "hey" he said while letting me in. I say hey to everyone and sit down on the couch while waiting for vinne to come down.

About 30-45 mins later vinnie came down all dressed up, I couldn't take my eyes off of him. He just looked so good. Yea I knew vinnie from tiktok and found him attractive but it wasn't anything crazy but now im just like wow. "earth to gemma" cynthia says while laughing. I was so embarrassed vinnie came to sit beside me and was just laughing. Everyone was making fun of me until it was time to leave. I rode with vinnie, anna, cynthia, and jett and the other rode with whoever they were with. I was basically forced to sit in the front seat. I was so nervous for no reason at all, i was trying so hard not to stare at vinnie. He looked at me and smiled. "what're u smiling about" i said while looking at him not trying to blush or smile back "you keep staring at me" now i was even more embarrassed, i looked out the window until we got to the restaurant. After a long drive it felt like we were finally made it. Everyone got out the car and got with eachother so the waitress would know we were all together. We all got seated and i was at the end and vinnie was beside me with anna infront of me. After a while the waitress came over to us and started off with me, I just got a small steak and mashed potatoes with a lemonade. Everyone else ordered and I just stayed on my phone waiting for food. "you okay" vinnie whispered in my ear. "yea im good". Why did him whispering in my ear make me get butterflies....
