INSERT INSERT CHAPTER 1📌

"Some things don't change as much as we wanted to huh?" I said as I strolled around the country I just arrived to.

Walking on the streets, I wore my emotionless face and went to cross the road.

 'Japan... The place—'

I snapped out of my thoughts when a sudden honks of cars echoed on the sides of my ear. From left and right.

Turning my head on the side, my eyes just stared blankly at the white car that just stopped a bit away from me then to the enrage driver that is now in front of me.

"Are you planning to die?!" He angrily exclaimed at my face.

I could feel confused, curious and weirded stares piercing unto me but I would just care less, like I always do.

"If you do, then go jump off from the top of the building! Don't drag me in your m—"

Instead of hearing his rants, I slowly looked away and continue to walk pass through the road, together with other human beings that's crossing by, since the traffic lights are now green, unlike a while ago.

Completely ignoring the enraged driver. He snapped out. I could feel him furiously walking up to me and was about to confront me but still, I didn't do anything and decided to ignore him and continue to walk.

"You brat—"

I heard another voice from behind me that talked and explained something towards the driver that has seemed to calmed him down.

When I finally arrived at the other side of the road, stopping on my feet, I turned around and saw the driver went back to his car but before he would start the engine, I saw him glared at me. His annoyed hiss didn't escape from my darken crimson eyes since it was the last thing I saw from the driver before turning my back again.

"Miss." Someone called out from behind. Not assuming that it was me, I just continue to walk away but halt when he called my name.

 'A stranger called my name.'

"Miss Yazori, recklessness is a big deal." His manly voice repeated in my mind that caused me directly look back but the unknown man was already gone.

Confused by his sudden disappearance, I shrugged my shoulders and slightly shook my head.

 'Weird.'

A huge and powerful explosion occured, shaking and making the city tremble. I stumbled unto the dirty ground and weakly sat on my feet. I let my dark crimson eyes roamed around the place and saw the black visible smoke from the sky above just some blocks away from me.

 'Just as I thought.'

With no emotions on my face, I battled with myself if I would check what's in there or what's happening.

Helping myself to stand up, I pushed myself to stood on my feet and just let the dirt and dust on my black jean outfit.

Spending my time just watching the smoke from above continue to raise up, my curiosity won and I ended up walking towards the center of the chaos on the city.
