Mr. L/N's office third person pov:

Reginald gets upset with Mr. L/N and slams his hand on the table "you wouldn't let me adopt Y/N when she was born but you said, and I quote ' If you can prove that she is one of your super freaks before her 14th birthday you can have her'"

"I said no such thing!"

"Lies!!"

"Even if I did wheres the proof of her powers?"

Reginald scoffs "I'll be back in two days with proof, and you will give me Y/N" and storms out

Y/N watches as Reginald leaves her father's office. Then she rolls her eyes and runs upstairs. 'I wonder what they were talking about'

Y/N goes to her bathroom and washes all her makeup. Then she changes into something cute and comfortable.

Meanwhile at the Umbrella academy third person pov:

Grace calls the children "Children would you come downstairs please"

They come down.

Allison asks "where's father?"

"He's doing something important"

Ben wonders "is he at Mr. L/N's party?"

Grace ignore Ben's question "I called you down here to celebrate your birthday while your father is out"

Grace gives all of them each one cupcake. As they smile because their father would never let them.

Five finishes his cupcake and asks "Mom?"

Grace faces him "yes five?"

The others see Five's plan.

Five looks at Grace "can we have a later curfew.....like 11?"

Allison adds "because it our birthday"

Grace "well I suppose..but make sure Y/N gets home safe after"

Everyone asks together with a shocked expressionon their faces "What?"

Grace pulls out one of the invites that fell on the floor.

The siblings put their heads down.

Grace sighs " I can't stop you so just be safe"

The siblings smile and nod.

Reginald bursts through the door.

Reginald announces "Children! To celebrate your birthday you will be allowed a later curfew of 11 p.m. no later!" Reginald then walks to his office, shuts the door and locks it.

Grace smiles and goes upstairs.

The children stand their in shock.

Luther is the first to speak "ok what the hell just happend?"

Diego replies "I dont know, but I don't think he gave us a later curfew 'for our birthday'"

Klaus yells "yeah no shit! He doesn't care about us"

Ben interrupts kalus's little tantrum "so then why does he want us out of the house later?"

Allison looks up "well he was just at Y/N's party"

"So what happend at the party?" Vanya adds

Five is a little scared that something happend with Y/N but is trying not to over think "Well why don't we just ask her tonight"

"Speaking of which, we should all get ready" Allison reminds the siblings.

They all go to their rooms and get into a fresh uniform.
