Girl's mind: Sorry to say Mr. Malhotra your daughter's both kidneys failed. Cause of some infection. We don't have much time to save her. We need an urgent kidney. So please ask from your friends and relatives who can give kidney to her come for test soon. We need to do her surgery in 72hrs
Her chain of thoughts broke when a boy 2-3yrs elder than her enter in room.
Girl (sobbing): Sid kya hua? Match hui kisi ki kidney jiyu ke sath?
Sid shook his head sadly.
Sid (sat beside her on bed): Avni don't worry. We will do something. Nothing will happen to Jiyu. You don't take stress it's not good for you and little bean inside you
Avni nodded and hug him.
A/n: Let me give you a little Introduction about everything It's been 8yrs. Sidneet and Abhinavi are married. Abhinavi have a 3yr old little boy Vansh. Vaish is now 9 months pregnant with other baby. Avni is 2 month pregnant. It's first Sidneet child. Jaireem have daughter 5 years old Jiya.

Yesterday evening Jaireem got to know about Jiya's both kidneys failure. As she didn't woke up in morning. They took her hospital and got to know. Now she need an immediate kidney for survival.
Singhania's, Malhotra's, Mehta's including Priya's family except Vaishneet tested for kidneys but unfortunately no one has same kidney for Jiya.
