Good morning Upper East Siders,

Say good-bye to summer and hello to dreary school days. It's time to get a new Burberry bag and ditch those Marc Jacob sun glasses, schools in session. For some of you that means AP classes and finding the right college but that's not to say there won't be any fun along the way. Have a good first day, I know I will.

PART ONE

Jessica and Courtney mirrored each other as they got ready. They both had towels wrapped around their bodies and toothbrushes in hand. They brushed methodically, spat and rinsed. It was almost as if they had rehearsed it. Having washed and dried their faces they both left the bathroom, leaving the doors open.

Jessica buttoned her shirt, leaving two undone. She pulled up her knee high navy socks and slipped on her navy skirt up to her waist and cinched it with a red belt. She then stepped into her black brogues and tied the laces. She loosened up her tucked in shirt slightly and slipped on a few bracelets onto her right arm. She fluffed up her hair using her hands and applied her make-up before piling in things into her new leather Burberry bag.

Courtney meanwhile hurriedly slipped on a grey pleated skirt, buttoned up her white t-shirt leaving one un-done and loosely wrapping her tie around her neck. She pulled up her knee length grey socks and pulled on her almost black boots over them. She put her arms through a grey waistcoat. She filled her Burberry bag (which was the exact same to her sisters, only it was a different colour) with school supplies before heading into Jessica's room with a necklace in hand.

"Could you do this" Courtney held out the necklace she had received in the summer from her three month boyfriend, Bryce Deyn. It was a silver locket with a picture of the two of them on their first official date, Courtney had no idea the picture had been taken but it was cute and the gesture was enough to make any girl swoon. Courtney refused to wear any jewellery that wasn't silver which made the gift even more special. Jessica swiftly took the necklace and placed it around Courtney's neck and clasped the two parts together.

"Just because he gave you a necklace doesn't mean you have to wear it every day" Jessica said as she pulled on her Marc Jacobs navy trench coat.

"The necklace is beautiful and I want to show it off" Courtney shrugged as she pulled on her own Marc Jacobs cutaway jacket that she had left in the room the previous night.

"Like you haven't been doing that all summer" Jessica replied as she held her arm in the crook of her arm. Courtney ignored the comment and walked out of the room into the hallway where Tristan and Ethan were already dressed in the St Jude uniform. Courtney smiled at them as she put her own Burberry bag in the crook of her arm.

"You look adorable" She said to Ethan

"Aww, thanks. That doesn't make me feel like a five year old at all" He said jokingly as she linked arms with him

"You don't look too bad either Tristan" Tristan nodded and acknowledged her existence but soon returned his attention to his iPhone

"Who's the guy that's staying with you?" Stella Osborne questioned the twins when they arrived. Stella was the girl that always got second glances, she was gorgeous but then so was everyone who could afford to be. She had long brown locks that were the most luscious of browns, hazel eyes that looked mainly green and naturally tanned skin. Just about anyone with money had the classic good looks inherited from their parents.
