Blood Moon Love:Chapter 4

Devin POV.
"Are you sure you don't want anything for that bruise? Because of my wife sees it's she will take care of it" my dad said I laughed a bit but it was true, mom will do that "I'm sure, thank you sir" Mario said "Oh please that's to formal for me call me-" Dad was interrupted by the door opening "I'm back! Sorry I'm late work was- Oh my! Hello I don't know if you remember me I'm Devin's mom, Cassandra" mom said while getting closer to us, we where in the kitchen preparing for food, I know Mom was going to be a bit late so I prepared the food, she thought me how to cook while Mom and Dad were at work and I was alone

"It's fine ma'am" Lucas said "Oh honey that sounds to formal, please call me Cassandra" Mom said while smiling, I guess she saw Mario's bruise because she went to him "Oh sweetie, what happened to you?" She asked "Oh it's nothing I just fell" Mario said "That does not seem like nothing, come on follow me I'll take care of that" Mom told Mario, Mom and Mario went to the restroom to I guess take care of the bruise "How was school today? Was it good?" Dad asked him "Yeah it was alright, Lunch is my favorite time it's pretty good" while they were talking I was finished with the food "And I'm done" I said "Wow! Food I'm starving" I heard Dad said I looked at him in confusion at what he just did "What it's true, but you gotta say your food is better than your Mom's" Dad said me and Lucas where laughing because he kinda made a mistake he seemed to be questioning why we where laughing that hard

I pointed behind him he than stand up straight "What about my food?" Mom asked, Mario was behind her trying not to laugh "Honey I didn't know you where there, what I mean was that your food is great like Devin's" Dad tried to say but Mom just ignored him and headed to me so she can help, I heard Dad sighed

"Oh my god! I forgot how good Devin's food was, it so good" Mario said "Yeah I should just invite Devin to my house so he can cook for" Lucas said I laughed a bit "Thank, and maybe yeah I'll do that" I told them we where all talking about random stuff and having a good time

I'm lazy so skip to the part where they are leaving

"Thank you again for the food! Have a good night" Lucas and Mario said while they left I waved and is did my parents "They where nice kids"Mom said while closing the door "Yeah, I think me and Lucas are friends already" Dad said Mom laughed and said "Yeah Mario is a good kid, but I feel bad for the bruise" I didn't know why Mario was bullied, he is a great friend "Devin? You alright dear?"

I heard mom asked me "Oh yeah I'm just a bit sleepy that's all" I told them "I mean yeah, you cooked an help with the dishes as well, how about you go rest me and your mother will take care of the rest" Dad said I nodded heading upstairs in my room

I opened the door to my room and flopped in my bed I was tired 'I mean I know we just meet but I'm here if anything is bothering you....' I remember what he said, he was a nice person I smiled at what he said, now that I think about it I don't remember have his number if I ever want to chat with him, maybe I'll ask him tomorrow if I don't forget, I got up and grabbed some clothes and headed to the bathroom, when I finished showering I got out and went to bed

I remembered that Lucas was having a conversation about something I couldn't hear of what was the conversation about but it seems that it was kinda important because Lucas was acting a bit wired I didn't want to think about it to much so I tried to sleep

The next morning.-. ... hi

I woke up by my alarm, "Ugh.. what time is it..' I looked at my alarm and it was 7:10 "Oh shoot school starts at 7:30" I got up still feeling tired I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, I got out and grabbed some new clothes 'I need to wash my dirty clothes.. I can do it when I get back' I headed downstairs and saw a note at the refrigerator door, I went closer to it and read it
