Our Princess, Our Responsibility!

Protect. (I'm not afraid.)

Finn was still holding Sophie and Kasey was following him behind. They got far from Camp and wouldn't sleep until there wasn't a grounder in sight.
Sophie woke and jumped out of Finn's arms. She looked around and couldn't see her parents. She looked at Octavia and all she could see was a shadow of a woman because of the darkness. "Mummy?" Sophie said. Octavia walked over to her. "No sweetie. Your mummy's not here, but she's okay." Octavia told her.
Finn looked in the distance and saw grounders. "Kasey get over here." He said to his daughter and she ran over and jumped into his arm. Octavia took Sophie's shaky hands and came over to Finn and Kasey. "What's going on?" She asked Finn.

After hours Clarke and Bellamy finally came out of the tent. Groups, and groups of people started rushing over to her. "Where is she? We're all gonna die without giving her up! You're putting us all in danger for one stupid little girl!" A man said in front of Clarke. Clarke ignored him and walked straight passed him. "Don't ignore me!" The man shouted and grabbed Clarke's jacket. Bellamy grabbed Jasper's gun and hit the man in the stomach with it, he then threw the gun on the floor and elbowed the man in the nose. He ran over to Clarke. "Hey, you okay?" He asked. "I will be, once this is over!" She told him and they walked out of the gate.

"Octavia grab Sophie." Finn told her. Octavia clutched Sophie's hand even tighter. "Finn, what's going on?" Octavia said hoping he wouldn't ignore her this time. "Grounders." Finn said calmly.
"Grounders? How many?" Octavia asked.
"1, 2, 3, 4... Too many!" Finn said.
"What do we do?" Octavia asked.
"RUN!" Finn said and they all rushed down the hill. Sophie was lacking behind so Octavia picked her up. Finn found an underground place and told Octavia to go down it. Octavia jumped in shortly followed by Sophie. Finn gave Kasey to Octavia and jumped in himself. Octavia lit a candle and put Sophie and Kasey in 2 blankets.

Clarke and Bellamy kept walking. They both kept a straight face whilst walking through the grounders but they were both quaking with fear. They walked into a tent where Lexa and Indra was sitting. Indra walked over and put a sword against Clarke's stomach. "You have brought the girl!" She said.
"No. We haven't got the girl." Clarke told her.
"Yet you still come here! Why?" Indra asked. Lexa got up and walked over to them, she pushed the sword down and spoke to Clarke. "If you have no girl? What have you got?" Lexa asked.
"We have nothing. But we if you're that bothered, we're willing to give up the alliance." Clarke said strongly.
"If that's what you wish. Our alliance ends tomorrow at sunrise. I would leave... Why you still can." Lexa told them and Bellamy took Clarke's hand and they ran out of the tent.

"Daddy, why are we here?" Kasey asked Finn.
"We're here because out there, there are some very mean people who don't like to be nice." Finn told her.
Kasey took her fathers hand and asked "Are we gonna die?"
"No of course not! I won't let that happen. To none of you." Finn told her and he went to sleep.
Sophie woke up and started crying.
"What's wrong?" Kasey asked.
"I'm gonna die aren't I?" Sophie said.
"No! My daddy won't let that happen!" Kasey reassured her.
"This is all my fault! I may never get to see my parents again!" Sophie said.
"Yes you will. I don't know what's happening, my mummy came and got me and said that we're leaving... Everything! Sophie, I'm so scared." Kasey told her.
"I'm scared too! I don't have my parents. When I'm scared I always get better." Sophie said.
"How?" Kasey asked.
"My daddy told me that whenever I'm sad I should slay my demons. I tell myself 'I'm not afraid'." Sophie told her.
"Girls, we have a long day tomorrow get some sleep." Octavia told them. Bellamy used to tell Octavia the same thing when she was a little girl.
