Adélie
Not caring about what anyone thought, or whatever new tiktok song trend was going around, Adélie was partly still in her 2014 Tumblr phase. Her top artists were usually The Neighbourhood, Arctic Monkeys, and Lana Del Rey. Coincidentally she was best friends with Devon, who was dating Jesse, lead singer of The Neighbourhood. She often got the whole friend group tickets, concerts were one of their favourite places to hangout at. Devon got them the best tickets, they could have fun and drink while still being able to enjoy the concert.
And tonight, Adélie was in the mood to get shit faced, glazy-eyed, drunk. So she texted Devon, knowing they had already planned to hangout this evening and also knowing that The Neighbourhood was playing shows all over New York City.
Of course, Devon was always up for a party and secured the tickets in no time, texting Adélie to 'get her pretty ass in an inappropiately short skirt, and come over!'. So that's exactly what Adélie did.
She got ready with loud music playing through her entire house, Adélie was a firm believer that if you don't play Lana loud enough, why play it at all? Her voice had always been one of the departments she was most blessed in, she sang with the music while getting ready. Adélie felt like she needed to be her best, look her best, act her best. All the time. She was a young singer after all, every tiny spot on her record could ruin her entire reputation, she felt that pressure to be suffocating. She hoped that the concert tonight would be dark enough so no one would recognize her or her friends, she just wanted to have a fun night out. And she was determined to get it.
