"LOVE IS THE strongest power in the world, and yet it is the humblest imaginable. What you love, set free. If it comes back, it's yours - forever. The only important things in life are the traces of love we leave behind when we go."

Delilah slowly closes her journal. Wow. That's it. Her last semester in Havard. The last chance to reach and achieve everything she dreamed of. To make her family proud.

She quickly packs up her journal, checks her skirt and the knitted jumper she's wearing one last time and scurries between the crowds to get to her lecture as quickly and inconspicuously as possible.

Hardly anyone here knew her, even though she had been attending this school for several years. And it should stay this way.

Unlike her sister Victoria, which was like the queen of Havard, Delilah is a shy, reserved and quiet girl. She doesn't want to attract attention, wants to be left alone and wants to graduate in the best possible way.

The past has shown her a lot, both positive and negative. Not everyone is who they say they are. And especially not what they show of themselves. You have to wait before you open up, otherwise you will get hurt.

But that's what made her the person she is today. Her heart is closed, and that's how she appears to other people. Closed, dismissive and introverted. However, she always wears a shining smile on her lips, even if she has no real reason for it, she does it in the hope of at least bringing joy to others.

She quickly puts her light blonde hair in a clip at the back of her head so that it doesn't bother her any more. She reaches the room and a smile creeps onto her lips.

So this is it. After two years of astrophysics studies, a year of philosophy is about to begin. She has always been caught up in the world of books and poetry. It gives her great pleasure to read as well as to write poetry.

Philosophy pushes her boundaries a little, it is new and unfamiliar. But that is exactly what gives her a tingle in her belly.

She slowly and cautiously steps down the stairs to find a seat centrally. That's where she sits in most lectures.

Delilah doesn't have many friends, but the purest souls. Abby, Sara, Martina and Regina.

She never believed her sister, who told her "Here you'll find friends for life." but she really did. Since the first day the five of them were inseparable, even if Abby is the person she trusts most.

Without them her life here would've been half as beautiful as it is now.

She looks desperately for them, but there's no sign of them, they're bound to be late. Delilah makes her way through talking students, to sit down in the seat she always takes, but what awaits her there is beyond her comprehension.
