- 3RD PERSON POV -
After a few cups of tea and endless conversations, Delilah and Tom are still sitting on the apartment's sofa. Neither of them would ever have thought they could get along so well, even though they couldn't be more different.
Tom had never felt so safe with anyone. With someone who finally gave him a chance, who listened to him and understood him. He is in love, head over heels. That which he wanted to avoid, especially in his last year at school.
With a girl who once hated him once.
And maybe still does? What if she just wants his money, or takes advantage of him because of his fame? It would not be the first time for him. All his thoughts disappear from one moment to the next as Delilah's head slowly slides onto his shoulder.
A smile automatically appears on his face and he looks at the sleeping girl next to him. Carefully, he strokes soft strands of her blonde hair from her face and takes the teacup from her hand, before she spills something on herself.
Tom leans his head back and sighs, his arm around the fragile little girl.

Sunbeams shine through her windows as Delilah carefully opens her eyes. She is lying in her bed, her two blankets over her, as she is always cold. Nothing out of the ordinary. Except that she is still wearing her clothes from the evening, which she is very surprised about. She turns around to look at her phone.
7:30am says her watch. Her lecture starts in an hour. She sighs and finally gets up to go to the kitchen.
Already at her door she hears a light hum coming from the kitchen, Victoria is home.
"Good morning sis." she says, rubbing her eyes as she walks to her. The room is filled with pancake smell. The brown haired girl turns with a smile and continues humming.
"Did you have a good time last night?" she asks Delilah.
And only now does it all come back to her. Tom.
"Um- yes. I had a pleasant evening." she says, stammering, as she sits down at the table and waits for her sister.
"Hmm, I can imagine." she says with a grin on both lips. Okay something must be wrong here. "Oh, don't act like that, I know you had someone over!" Victoria laughs and slides one of the fluffy pancakes onto Delilah's plate, followed by her own.
Delilah immediately notices her cheeks turning fiery red and swallows hard. "Where from?" she asks quietly before taking the first bite.
"Here. I haven't read it yet, don't worry." she says with a grin, handing her a folded paper heart.
Carefully she opens the piece of paper and a grin creeps onto her lips.
"Good morning Lilah,
You fell asleep last night and I didn't want to disturb you any longer, so apologize for not saying goodbye. I'll see you later at school, thank you for the evening and especially for your time.
PS: i think it's really cute how you sleep with two blankets.
Yours Tom. ;)"For the second time that day, Delilah notices how the blush literally rises to her cheeks and an unfamiliar tingling sensation appears in her stomach. "Show me!" Victoria finally calls and takes the heart from her hand.
"Hey!" she calls out quickly and tries to take the note away from her again.
"Are you kidding me right now?" says Victoria as the smile on her lips disappears in an instant. "Anyone. But not Tom." she says with a twinkle in her eye and gets up from the table, leaving her food behind.
