It had been two weeks since Charlie and Owen became friends and they had been talking a lot, they even had a sleepover one time.
Owen, Charlie and Savannah were in a group together for a project. They had to do a Science project together and they working it at Owen's house.
While they were working on project Owen's little sister Maddison walked in the room.
Maddison: owen! come play with me!
Owen: Sorry, Maddison I can't right now but I'll play with you after dinner
Maddison: Yay!
Maddison smiled and Owen smiled back. Maddison left the room and Owen, Charlie and Savannah continued working on the project.
While they were working on the project Charlie and Owen kept staring at each other. Savannah didn't notice.
After they finished the project they went downstairs for dinner, Savannah and Charlie stayed for dinner.
Maddison: Owen, can Charlie stay and play with us? pleaseeeeeeeee
Owen: It's fine with me as long as it's fine with Charlie
Charlie: I would love to
Owen and Charlie smiled at each other
Savannah: Can I stay too?
Maddison: Nooooo, I want it just to be boys and me!
Savannah: O-oh, ok
Savannah hid her sadness from everyone and just acted like she was fine even though deep down she was crushed
After dinner finished Savannah thanked Owen and then left to go home
Charlie: Thanks for dinner
Owen: Of course
Charlie and Owen were cleaning up the table while Maddison picked out a game to play
Maddison: Let's play Truth or Dare!
Owen: O-ok
Charlie: A-alright
Charlie and Owen were a bit hesitant because they were worried that they would have to say who they like
Maddison: yay!!!
They all went into the living room and played the game
Maddison: Charlie, Truth or Dare
Charlie: Dare
Maddison: I dare you to call your crush
Charlie slowly picked up his phone and called his crush, all of a sudden Owen's phone started to ring
