"Okay kid. My name is Tori Chang. I'm your mother's sister."
A tall pretty woman with shiny long brown hair and blue eyes rimmed with long lashes bent down.

Little Koga was standing on her doorstep in Pj's holding a single bag containing her stuffed monkey Poe and her favorite book.
The squeal of the tires of her mother's car echoed from the road as she sped off and permanently left Koga to her sister.

The two girls hadn't spoked in years but Tori was happy to take in the neice she wasn't aware she had and such short notice. Which seemed to piss off the older sister speeding away in her beat up car trying to put as much distance between her and her daughter as she could.

Tori was young and completely inexperienced when it came to children. She also had an... Interesting career but she would wait to bring that up to Koga until she was a little older.

Dispite the fact she didn't know what she was doing Koga noticed she was a much better guardian than both of her biological parents.
If Koga was alone watching TV Tori would poke her head in every few minutes and check what she was watching to make sure it was okay for her.
She also gave Koga the best snacks and they always had apple juice boxes in the fridge when she was thirsty.

After a year of them living together Koga found out what her auntie did for a living.
"You fight bad guys?!"
Koga asked with stars shining in her blue eyes.

Tori nodded with a smile.
"That's right!"
She said still uneasy about this discussion.

"So you're a pro hero?!"
She asked hopping up and down.
She wasn't one to idolize pro's but she did think beating the asses of those who deserved it was pretty awesome and knowing that the cool aunt that was raising her kicked ass made her really pumped.

Tori's smile faultered.
"Well uh... No?"
Koga deflated at the news and became confused. No? But she beat bad guys! She just said that! She what is she?"

Tori bent down and put her hands on Koga's shoulders.
"I'm going to tell you something... You can't tell anyone, not your friends, not your teachers and definitely not any pro heroes or any people with authority."
She said seriously. Tori was rarely serious so Koga one this was important. The girl nodded so frantically that it felt like her head would fall off.

"I fight bad guys... Illegally, I'm a vigilante. Do you know what that means?"
She asked, Tori Chang was also known as the wanted vigilante "Lovebug"
her quirk: love spell gives her the ability to make a biological male fall so in love with her they'd do anything she says after a single touch! Oddly enough it only works on men between the ages of twenty and eighty.

"A vigilante is a member of a self-appointed group of citizens who undertake law enforcement in their community without legal authority, typically because the legal agencies are thought to be inadequate."
She stated without stuttering.
Tori blinked in slight shock that the exact definition of vigilante was just recited by the nine and a half year old in front of her.

"Have you been reading a dictionary or some shit?!"
She asked genuinely concerned for how this child was turning out after only a year in her care.

"No yesterday my teachers made sure we all knew what a vigilante is and how fighting without a license is wrong."
Koga shrugged and sipped from her juice box.
"One girl in my class said that they were saying that because they would rather people with inadequate or overly dangerous quirks will try and fail to become a hero legally and then become normal citizens after their dreams were crushed."

Tori clapped.
"Sounds like you have interesting freinds!"

Koga shrugged.
"Yeah her name is Trixie Yoru and she's quirkless, she also got suspended for biting someone that said pineapple belongs on pizza."
