Jackson had been cuffed to the chair for what seemed like days. Occasionally a plate of food would be slid through a slit in the wall and the cuffs binding Jackson would extend so that she could eat. Then Dracula returned and questioned Jackson, "I grow tired of your silence" said Dracula threateningly. Dracula got closer and closer until Jackson could see the putrid frost runes on his sheathed blade, "Tell me where the Black Soulstone lies and I shall ease your suffering." spoke Dracula. She stared at him as if he was insane, which he probably was, and replied "Never! The secret of the soulstone dies with me!"
