Crash

The car was quiet except for the radio.

🎶You ain't nothing but a hound dog🎶

The two detectives were deep in thought. They both had grazed the folder and tried to make sense of it.

🎶Crying all the time🎶

Fitz shut off the the radio. He look at Schimdt.

"Have you come up with anything?"

"Nope," you could tell Schmidt was disappointed. "There's just not enough evidence."

"I guess we'll have to find some clues when we get th-"

He was cut off by a deafening screech. Schimdt swerved into a ditch. It was at least thirty seconds until Fitz got out out the car. This halted Schimdt's gaze and he soon followed. Fitz looked at the engine. Smoke went everywhere. Suddenly Fitzgerald jerked his hand back.

"What happened?," Schmidt asked.

"It shocked me!" Fitz said frustratedly.

Then they noticed a little mysterious object stuck to the battery. They both couldn't make sense of it. It seems that it had shut off the car battery.

Having nothing else to do they started walking towards the diner.
