"I called it."

"Vurb, shut up."

The sun shone brightly. The arch in the front greatly stood out from its surroundings in the light. The blue and red hues of the roses reflecting under the golden sunshine.

This was the wedding of two best friends. Two friends who had been with each other through thick and thin, not giving up on the other for anything.

~

"I thought you liked me more than him?"

"Quackity, you don't have to be here. I can kick you out."

~

A flag hung from the trees behind the grand arch. A flag designed by the oh so many people around them. The people who constantly enthused about their relationship when they were only friends.

The flag was a gradient of stripes, going from black, to grey, to red, to white, to two shades of blue. It blew in the breeze, waving happily.

~

"I'm proud of you."

"Thanks, mom."

All of their friends were ecstatic when the news of their relationship was announced. Each one each had a different way of congratulating the newfound couple, whether it was just a simple 'congrats' or a whole speech about how they knew it would've happened one day or another.

Overall, no one had a bad reaction to the news. Same thing happened a year later, when the marriage was announced.

~

"I'm just sayin', I knew you guys would end up together. Normal friends don't act the way you two did."

"Vurb. Say it one more time and you and Quackity are going into time out."

"What did I do? I didn't even say anything this time!"

"Still going to time out."

~

As the ceremony started, music wavered through the air. The breeze carried the music notes as it danced around the group.

At the altar underneath the arch, stood the couple everyone was there to see. A light pink tint was spread across both of their cheeks. They are sporting nice suits, one with a red poppy, and the other has a blue cornflower. Each of the flowers represented the other person.

~

"I do."

~

"I do."

~

The couple kissed as the main part of the ceremony was completed. Their friends and family clapped as they broke the kiss and pulled each other into a hug.

~

"We may be married, but you'll always be my best friend."

"Married couples can be best friends, marriage doesn't change that."

"I love you, Bad."

"I love you too, Skeppy."

"I called it~"

"Vurb, shut up!"
