Nessa's POV-

I slouched in the chair as my two managers, Aleisha and Audrey blab on about something. My singing career has led to so many more crazy unwanted meetings.

"She has to get Travis Barker on that!" Aleisha said.

"And Jaden Hossler! Did you hear he does music now?" Audrey added sipping her coffee.

"Yes!" Aleisha replied.

Those were the only words that seeked into my ears.

I groaned.

"In fact! I invited him and his managers!" manager Audrey said.

"What!?" I yelled bouncing up.

"Now you're a part of the meeting? Yes, I invited Jaden! He should be here in a few!" Audrey said to me.

"What! Who said this was okay with me!?We don't run things pass me anymore?" I stated standing up.

"We stopped doing that, it's just Jaden and don't you know him, he and your boyfriend are in this house called, uhm, Sway? Sway, I think" she said.

"Yeah, but Josh hates me around him like that, we're not friends, well we are, we're friendly, more like friend-ish" I explained.

"Well too bad, business is business" Aleisha and Audrey said.

I scoffed plopping back onto the chair.

They continued talking for about five minutes until we heard a knock on the door.

"I think that's them" Aleisha said.

"Enter!" Audrey exclaimed.

They entered and three of his what I assume different managers sat down, two were girls and one was a boy, who was currently on his phone, so was Jaden.

He sat down right next to me. I sighed and slouched into the chair. This is going to be a long night I thought to myself.

"So?" they all said at the same time.

While they started Jaden texted me.

Ugh, I don't even know... managers choice ig – Audrey and Aleisha

I chuckled and everyone at the table looked at me.

"Something you'd like to say Miss. Barrett?" Aleisha asked.

"Yes, actually, why the hell are they here, actually why the hell are we here?" I said earning a smile from Jaden.

"Okay since you're bored, I'll cut to the chase" Audrey replied.

"Do that please" all of us at the table said.

"You both should make a song together" she said.

"Uhm" Jaden and I both said looking at each other.

"Y'all don't run things past us anymore?" Jaden and I stated.

"We stopped doing that a long time ago" they all replied to us.

"Okay so let's get right in, do y'all have dinner plans, well cancel them because we might be here for a while" Adam, his manager said.

Jaden and I groaned.

"There go my plans with Josh" I murmured sinking into the chair.

"There go my plans with Mads" he murmured slouching.
