soulmates ~ a klaine story

chapter 1 - blaines pov

blaine transferred to mckinley after his school, dalton academy, shut down for an unknown reason, he thought he was gonna be a loner at mckinley because it was a public school and he just thought no one would like him.

he walked into his third class of the day, music, after he found out his class schedule from figgins, all of his classes had been boring, but in this class he noticed a particularly outgoing boy, he looked around 16-17, something about his smile, his eyes, caught blaines eye, after blaine had realized he'd been staring, he looked away. something about that beautiful eyed boy, he just couldn't get him off his mind. he had to get to know him, or at least have one conversation with him.

after blaine had been thinking and staring at the boy for a good 10 minutes, he finally went up to him.

"hi, my name is blaine anderson, i'm new around here and i just thought you looked pretty cu- cool." blaine said, lost in the boys eyes

"hi! i'm kurt, kurt hummel. so when did you transfer here?" kurt said with a smile

"today's actually my first day"

"oh wow, why did you transfer to a school like mckinley?"

"my old school, dalton academy, got shut down for an unknown reason"

"oh wow, i'm really sorry, i remember having to compete with the warblers from that school, they were pretty great!"

"yeah, i was actually apart of that group, the lead singer."

"yeah i think i remember, you have a great talent, blaine anderson"
kurt was blushing at this point, he didn't notice he was blushing but blaine sure had, he was pretty flattered.

"so, do you wanna be friends or something, i don't really have any" blaine said, a little scared of rejection

"of course! why don't we get coffee later at lima bean?" kurt said

"sounds good!"
blaine wrote down his number and gave it to kurt, smiling from ear to ear

they both agreed to meet at the lima bean at 4:30 after school, blaine was very excited to meet with this beautiful blue eyed boy he just met earlier that day, he was overly excited for some reason and had no clue why. kurt texted him around 4:20, eager about the plans.

kurt hummel: we still on for today ? :))

blaine anderson: ofcourse !! :)

blaine contemplated wether or not to send a smiley face, he didn't wanna seem like he was overdoing it, he was overthinking about hanging out with kurt, he almost always overthinks, but not like this, he decided to push the negative thoughts in the back of his head and just focus on kurt for right now.

he arrived at the coffee shop 5 minutes early just in case, he didn't wanna be late or have kurt waiting on him, he was gonna ask if kurt wanted to get picked up but he didn't wanna push it. he sat there for only a minute, until kurt walked in, blaine is still shocked by his presence, kurt has to be the most beautiful boy he has ever seen.
