THE ABYSS MASTER

Chapter 1

Your POV:
Ok, so the girl I just met or 'Lumine' is telling this strange being name 'Paimon' who might I add has an incredibly high pitched and annoying voice, how things went down and how we got here, while I don't trust her I'm more focused on my surroundings, we seem to be on a beach of some sort, that's surrounded by giant walls of a cliffside.

Paimon: "Hey uhm, what's your name?"

Hmmm, oh she is talking to me, I just noticed how small she is compared to me and Lumine, I feel as though I must protect her from all harm.

Me: "I believe I don't know myself, other than being a god, which Is weirdly the only thing I can remember, I can't seem to remember my name and where I came from"
Paimon: "A GOD!? That's so cool! Paimon doesn't think she's ever met one!"
Me: "hmm? Really now?"
Paimon: "Yup! And back to the whole name thing, why don't we just give you a name then
Me: "hmmm ok!"
Paimon: "How abouuuuuuut mmmhh?"
Lumine: "why don't we call you Y/n?"
Paimon: "oh that's a good name, right? Do you like it? hm? HM?"
Me: "uh yeah it's a great name than-Wait! What is that little thing?"
Both: "huh"

They all follow my gaze as their eyes lands on what I'm currently pointing at, it seems to be a little white blue ball with white eyes? Looking? At us as it bounces it's way over slowly.

Paimon: "I believe it's a slime?"
Lumine: "I'm gonna kill it!"
Me and Paimon: "The floor is yours/Yeah kick it's butt!"

And so she proceeds to completely wipe it of the face of this beach, such a small creature that didn't even prove it was much of a threat to us, Welp that's life for you, then as it faded away I saw two little light particles fly at me and Lumine before going into our chests, I felt some more energy enter me as this happened, and Paimon as if sensing what I was thinking, turned to me and started explaining the elements and their respective gods or Archons in this world works.

Me: "hmm interesting!"
Paimon: "well you guys wanna go to explore the area?"
Me: "kay, what do you think Lumine? Lumine?"

Lumine however had different ideas and was already walking of into the forest on higher ground, When did she get their so fast, as she was now leaving us behind on the beach

Me and Paimon: "WHAT THE! WAIT FOR US GENIUS!/DONT LEAVE ME BEHIND IM SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR GUIDE!!"

I started running to catch up, Paimon was floating or flying after her, but I grabbed her and ran before literally jumping the wall, which surprised the both up of us on how I was able to do that, but we just shrugged it off and continued the rest of the way till we caught up to her.

(Le timeskip, 2 hours to be precise)

Ok so Lumine has wind powers after touching this strange "statue of the seven?" Was what Paimon called it, and after she took down some pyro slimes using a tornado, but what they didn't notice how I eyed the statue before we left, I don't know why but I felt like the statue despite its eyes being closed was staring right back at me, but I shrugged it off and just walked back to join up with the others, might I freeze the water when I walk on it, I know pretty cool right, other then that though we killed some 'hilichurls' and got a chest filled with a strange currency and some other stuff, Lumine also found a stringer sword, but what really caught our at-

Paimon: "WAS THAT A DRAGON!?"
Me: "DONT INTERRUPT ME WHILE IM THINKING!! also Yeah that does seem to be a dragon, it seems to be heading over to that forest"

I saw as I point to a forest that looks like it's to small for something that big.

Lumine: "let's check it out"

We then started running towards the forest, which now that I think about it might not be a good idea, but damn am I curious.

(Le timeskip 3 minutes to be precise)

Me (whispering): "ok let's be cautious about this, or we could startle it into attacking us or flying away"
Paimon and Lumine (surprised whispering): "Why do you sound like you've done this before?/this is not new to you?"

Why DO I feel like I've done this before? It's almost like I ha-you know what forget it but still that was very strange,very strange indeed. We slowly peek out to see a boy talking to a dragon and the first thing I notice is that they seem to be close somehow, is that boy it's friend, no wait I sense a Divine presence in that boy, is he a god? I then notice that it has seen us as I grab Lumine and Paimon, then pull them close it flies away from us and the boy disappears.

Paimon: "Hey what's that over there?"

I then noticed a red crystal that is sitting where the dragon was, we make our way over and as I study it I feel impurities and sadness coming form it, almost like it was a te-

Paimon: "Paimon thinks we should store for safety"

Lumine and I nod to this, we then continue on our way as I soon notice I'm starting to feel the divine feeling has appeared in the distance to my right, but I decide to ignore it and continue along until...

???: "Hey you Stop right there!!"

(A/N: and that is the first chapter done, I shall try to do more in the next chapters, and you probably noticed I edited some things in the previous chapters but not to much, also I only got one vote for Lumine on the love internets, imma give it till the end of this week until I make my final decision, otherwise thank you for reading. ;D)
