The group sat across from their manager, James. Three out of the five seemed alright with the plan while the other two were baffled, Kris mostly. "What do you mean we don't get to know who they are until our first show?!" Kris glared.

James sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "This is the arrangement Kris! What exactly is the big deal?!" Kris chuckled and shook his head.

"Social anxiety! I'm not the only one with it in this band! You are forcing Tayden and I to head first into a situation where we panic!" He lightly seethed. He snarled and sat back. "You know what! Whatever, I'm going outside to vape." Kris stood from his seat and left the room.

"Okay anyway. He does have a point though James, how exactly did making two people with severe social anxiety just meet these people with no explanation of who they are seem like a good idea?" Tayden sighed, pinching the bridge of their nose, obviously taking it a lot calmer. "Just the thought of it makes me stressed. Can't we just have a small fucking hint of who they are?" They questioned the band manager.

James sighed. "You've known them since day one, but not personally. They just don't know you. You love their music, and it will be worth the stress." He leaned back in his chair. "That's all you get to know."

"Yah cause that totally cleared things up." They glared. "What's the point in it being a fucking secret anyway?" They pulled out their phone and started to play some Black Veil Brides to calm their anxiety.

James looked slightly amused and shook his head. "That's just how their manager wanted it. I don't know why, maybe the band wanted it secret or it was the manager's idea. I have no clue."

"Kay whatever." Tayden rolled their eyes, looking back down at their phone to text Kris. "And when will the show be? Or is that a fucking secret too?" Clearly throwing shade, they asked, grabbing their vape off the desk next to them.

James pulled out a list of dates and places. "Haha Tayden, these are your dates and locations." He slid the paper to the band and they all looked at it. Sarcasm dripped off the fake laugh.

"So we will perform and meet them next Friday? We have to plan an entire show, and be mentally prepared to meet whatever fucking band it is, within a week?" They took a long drag off their vape before setting it to the side, looking more in detail at the paper.

They were lucky Kris had left the room to say the least. Tayden was the calmer of the two, more down to earth compared to the other. He would've blown her top if he was in there. Speaking of the hot headed drummer, he walked back into the room smelling of strawberries and mint.

"So, what info did I miss?" Tayden reluctantly handed him the paper of dates and he scanned his eyes over it. "Wonderful! We have to gather ourselves for strangers, and plan an ENTIRE show. In a WEEK! James you really aren't building yourself up right now, this is bullshit!" He tossed the paper onto the table, he hadn't even sat down yet so he ran his fingers through his hair and leaned against the wall furthest from the manager. He wasn't impressed with James and was getting passed livid.

"Kris I get you're heated, so am I. I don't wanna meet some random fucking strangers either. But calm your tits. How about we go for a walk?" The redhead suggested hoping they could calm their best friend down a little bit. They themself weren't prepared for it either, knowing nothing about this other band and having to plan a show in a week, and having their vocals and songs ready definitely stressed them out.

Kristopher nodded and headed for the door again. He waited with the door open for his best friend. His stress levels had already been high because of his family, now he had to deal with this. He was thankful she had the redhead to keep him grounded, he would be off the walls in a stress attack if Tayden wasn't there to keep him sane. He played with his shark bites and let out a stressed breath from his nose.
