chapter 9: decision to travel

it has been four years since awakening his powers and gaining his stupidly loyal servants after completing his training with yamamoto who was a massive slave driver but he helped in unlocking naruto's zanpakuto all the way to bankai the problem was naruto couldn't use asuramaru to access his zanpakuto's power no one not even ashera was clear as to why but naruto shrugged it off he could use shiro to use the power after all since obviously that was part of his zanpakuto's power technically hinata had changed significantly since moving in with naruto she was most definitely in love with him and she knew it she is much more confident as well he also gave her her own dragon a few days after getting his own both of which had grown in the four years in fact after year three were they big enough to be ridden

he also trained with woz in that particular power which he very quickly mastered although he was different from the previous zi-o as he could use literally all of the riders powers and forms not just copy them much to his predecessors surprise naruto himself wasn't sure what he'd do with the geiz watch but for now was holding onto it he gave hinata the tsukuyomi watch who was very proud to be trusted by naruto so much

this would be the year they join the academy much to the excitement of both naruto and hinata however they had decided to return to how they previously acted naruto a loud overconfident idiot hinata a timid shy girl

after the first day though did they realize the academy was one massive waist of time fortunately the was the shadow clone jutsu which naruto modified the shadow clone technique with one goal extreme durability naruto's new shadow clone technique could take a beating and would survive of course naruto taught hinata the technique once done they agreed maybe they should travel the nations to grow stronger and so they went to the hokage's office and of course were immediately let in

"naruto hinata what can i do for you" hiruzen asked

"we plan on taking a journey through the elemental nations while clones of ourselves go to the academy" i said

"why" hiruzen asked

"because i'm gonna be blunt the academy for me and hinata is useless a waist of time and in reality will only make us weaker not stronger" i said he sighed

"is there no way i can change your minds" he asked

"nope" i said

"very well then go with my blessings and good luck naruto hinata" hiruzen said he knew that stopping them would be impossible especially with the clones also why should he stop them they were already chunin level in strength at eight years old monsters the both of them and that was only the power they had shown

hinata and naruto agreed to leave their dragons here why because giant fire breathing lizards would give them away which they explained to their dragons who reluctantly agreed to the point after which they were on their way
