A modified version of U.N.D.O MKIII, thus it wasn't MKIV, It still has all the abilities of the regular U.N.D.O MKIII but now comes with the I.N.K (Ignition Nullification Konstruct) Modification which completely nullifies the need for manual Effect Casing Ignitions unlike before and can use the effect casings internally rather than externally, simple terms, Infinite ammo storage and instant fire.
