The teen used her eyes, looking at her alarm, before sighing. "I stayed up late again, right Choco?" Her chocolate brown kitten looked up at her, mewling in response. The teen chuckled, sliding off her bed, and shutting her PlayStation off. She lashed on the bed, pulled her hoodie over her head, shut off the lamp, and then laying down, petting her kitten a few times before falling asleep.
Mint's PoV
I slapped my alarm clock, telling it to shut up. I sat up slowly and yawned, stretching. Choco had rolled off the bed, on his back, his ear twitching every few moments. I took a quick picture. I slid off my bed, avoiding Choco, and looking through my closet for something to wear. I grabbed a white t-shirt and some jeans, grabbing a light gray hoodie. I love September. I pulled my hoodie on, put my see through blindfold on, walked into my kitchen, cooked myself some egg sandwiches, put some food and water in Choco cat dishes, and cooked a lunch real fast. Just a melted cheese and ham sandwich and some chips. Put them both in a plastic case. I was going to continue my little thing. I may live alone with my cat, but I usually go out and about and help the homeless. I packed a bit of money, some spare clothing, and snacks. I pulled the bag pack onto my back, giving Choco some morning pets, and then leaving, locking my door behind me.
I walked down the sidewalk, walking to the park. I was helping an old man up and giving him a bit of money when I heard yelling. I smiled, and bid the man a good day. A walked to the yelling to see a woman yelling at a man. Something about Pride being wrong. I walked over and stepped in front of the man. "Excuse me, ma'am, could you please leave this man alone? No one asked for your opinion and we'd prefer you keep it to yourself." I said in a polite tone. The woman scoffed and walked away. I turned around, not noticing who it was before and holding out my hand. "Sorry, people can be difficult." I opened my eyes and looked up, before shock caused me to freeze.
"Thomas Sanders?"
"Yep! That's me!" He exclaimed. I could feel my eye have little stars on them. A weird quick fact, my iris and pupil shape change on my emotions, like now. I felt like bursting with happiness. "Oh my god, my number one idol who helped me figure out who I am!" I muttered under my breath extremely fast. My soft brown hair bounced up and down as I shook his hand excitedly. "Oh my gosh, the Thomas Sanders! Honestly, I never expected this to be happening, y 'know?" I explained. "Wait, oh no, I gotta get groceries!" I exclaimed to myself. "I could help if you'd like! You did help me from being antagonized, so it's the least I could do." I heard Thomas say. I looked up, as I was rummaging in my bag. "Sure! That's fine by me!" I exclaimed, smiling. I dragged him to the store, pretty much chatting about random stuff.
"So, you're like, a super big fan of the Sanders Sides series?"
"Yep! I've watched the entire thing about seven times now I think."
"Huh. Impressive."
"I know!" I exclaimed. "I've been drawing all the characters in my sketchbook for a while now. I've counted. I've drawn Virgil eight times, Logan Seven, Patton eleven times, Remus six, Janus six times as well, and group drawings nine times, along with Roman nine times." I said, counting off my fingers. "I post my art on my deviantart and if you wanna check it out I can give you my account name to search it up." I said, turning to him. He was putting a pack of water bottles in the cart. "Sure!" He responded. We continued talking, and when I had to go, I gave him my deviantart account name. I didn't notice him slip his address into my pocket.
