Dream came home with George, George had yet to know about ANYTHING that happened, as Dream wasn't planning on telling him anytime soon. They both got out of the car, heading into there shared house. 

George POV: 
George had got inside with Dream, he got to the couch with Dream, and sat down on his lap comfortably, they weren't gonna do anything just cuddle. 

Author POV:
Dream wrapped a blanket over the tired boy, and wrapped his arms around him. He pet his hair gently, messing around with his hair lightly. George got a message, from Sapnap.

Sapmap:
Sapmap: Hey George, I'm glad you guys got to talk it out and everything is alright! :)
George: What do you mean? What happened sapnap? Is everything alright?

Sapnap didn't reply after, too scared.
George: SAPNAP WHAT HAPPENED?

George looked at Dream. "What happened at Karl's house?" He curiously asked. "I should probably tell you..well-" Dream struggled getting it out. "I- I KISSED SAPNAP!" He said quickly, looking away. "Why..?" George's heart shattered, getting off Dream. "Because George..I thought I had feelings for him and it was a mistake." George looked at him, lightly turning his head so Dream could face George. "Why didn't you tell me?.." George said, with tears threating to spill. He was scared, the one he truly loved had feelings for another man (haha me heheh). "Because I was scared, I- I didn't want you to hate me."
"I love you, no matter what Dream, just promise, you won't do it again..?" 
"I promise. I love you Georgie." Dream planted a kiss onto the boy's forehead.
