He was a part of the adopt bundle from last chapter but honestly I really liked it's design

Name: Dreameater
Gender and Pronouns: Male, He/Him/They/Them
Age: 20
Personality: Spontaneous and Dangerous, Dreameater is head of a secret organization that's currently on a mission to find a few missing 'members'. He's ambitious and strict, however his enthusiastic manner can make it difficult for people to respect his authority.
Family:

Pearl: A pearly-white creature with magenta eyes; mother. Deceased; Killed due to Dreameater's demand.
Personality: Pearl was a sweet creature that would do anything for her son—however she was also argumentative and pushed Dreameater too far, that resulted in her death by drowning.
Rank: Subordinate (formerly).

Deepwater: A dark blue creature with a missing eye; father. Alive; Subordinate underneath Dreameater's rule.
Personality: Grumpy and harsh, Deepwater is nearly a complete opposite of Dreameater. He was once Second in Demand before his son took power and was placed in one of the lowest ranks.
Rank: Subordinate. Second in Demand (formerly).

Foam: A dark blue creature with pearly white splotches and green eyes; sister.
Deceased; Killed by Dreameater.
Personality: Foam was a caring yet ambitious creature that tried many times to bring Dreameater back to his senses after her brother became power-hungry. She was killed by her brother in the night while they were walking down a dark alley to meet with some affiliates.
